Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to get berated by two customers for waiting in the forward spot for my food like instructed, and get cold food—like VERY cold.
I even had to call 10 minutes after waiting in the forward spot near the door to remind them of my order! They said, “your food is just coming out right now”, and yet I’m still here microwaving my meal because it feels recently refrigerated.

Wild to me that you guys are always hiring but cancel any interviews that are scheduled. It's also extremely unprofessional to cancel an interview 10 minutes before it's supposed to happen.

My husband and I came in for dinner last night and everything was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very courteous. We each got the burito supreme and cinnamon twists that looked and tasted awesome. Thank you Taco Bell/ Kentucky Fried Chicken def a 5 star experience!

Inside not open and Closing Early. while Customers are outside in the Drive thru. Ignoring that there is still time before the actual closing and refusing to service during that time.

Went through the drive thru and the worker gave attitude because she forgot our fries then said we can smoke a cigarette even tho there windows were closed and then gave attitude again poor customer service never going again not recommended
