When your having to stand in a place that is fast food and your very patient why would the person for front counter do everything possible to keep back turned after about 8 mins I said okay to her can I please order n if she couldn't please ask for someone to come take order. Her body language vocals became very very rude I said I'm sorry if your having a bad day we all have them she continued to be rude and I said escuse me please get someone else so I can place my order as a guy was heading behind counter she became quiet so I said escuse me she is being rude n ignoring the fact I've been here standing n very patient well he had his phone in his ear not even listening to myself nor my son we order quite a bit and it's the worst experience I've had with Wendy's. Upon getting my order get in our car fries droopy n cold sandwich was fine n the older woman even looked over at her and shook her head. Heavy set glasses dentle work needed it's just wrong not even a welcome to Wendy's or a thank you. Worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's the worst!!!!!!

Loser guy over the mic arguing over missing drinks for my order even for Sanford very trashy won’t be back
The best Wendy's i have ever been to. The food was fresh and hot!! It was the first Wendy's that had gotten my order right. It didn't taste like it had been sitting in a warming bin at all. The managers name was Linda and she is a real sweetie. She even took time out of her busy day to chat with us. If you are in this area we recommend you stop in in!

Went through the drive through today. The gentleman who was handing my food to me was extremely rude. I asked if my drink was Dr Pepper because on the receipt it said Diet Coke which mistakes happens that’s fine but when I asked him if he could fix that he was just very rude. I checked my bags to see if I got any ranch and there wasn’t any so as he was bringing me back my drink I asked if I could have ranch he then stuck his head out the window and said that will be 54 cents in a rude unprofessional tone I then told him it’s on the receipt he then goes and grabs 2 & hands it to me huffing and puffing. I would not recommend coming here if you want good and professional service!

The food was fresh. They got my order 100% correct which doesnt happen in a lot of drive throughs with special orders! The kid was definitely working hard to satisfy customers and it was fast. WOW! Must be new people and management

this place is actually the worst i don’t know how this wendy’s is still in business, they never get orders right even when you go inside to order and sometimes they charge more from them putting in the wrong order and i have also found hair in my food, get a grip and do your job right instead of messing and joking around

Rather chaotic waiting to place order, and not really acknowledged waiting at the register to place our order. BUT the food was very fast, fresh, and workers on that end were very friendly and professional.

The drive thru person taking the order was patient and phenomenal on 03/08/25 @7:00pm. That person alone gets a 5 star review. The service on the food was lacking. I received no straws, one napkin, and one sauce each for a two person meal thru the drive thru. Please stock up your customers with at least 2 sauces of their choosing, and at least a handful of napkins. That is just crazy.

Stopped to grab a quick lunch for my husband and I. Everything was fine with the service until started eating my burger. I have to get a burger without the bun because I am allergic to gluten (bread). I took one bite and then noticed there was a dark black hair on my burger. Absolutely disgusting. I feel if we are spending $27 for two meals, I should get it without hair.
