this place is actually the worst i don’t know how this wendy’s is still in business, they never get orders right even when you go inside to order and sometimes they charge more from them putting in the wrong order and i have also found hair in my food, get a grip and do your job right instead of messing and joking around

The drive thru person taking the order was patient and phenomenal on 03/08/25 @7:00pm. That person alone gets a 5 star review. The service on the food was lacking. I received no straws, one napkin, and one sauce each for a two person meal thru the drive thru. Please stock up your customers with at least 2 sauces of their choosing, and at least a handful of napkins. That is just crazy.

Stopped to grab a quick lunch for my husband and I. Everything was fine with the service until started eating my burger. I have to get a burger without the bun because I am allergic to gluten (bread). I took one bite and then noticed there was a dark black hair on my burger. Absolutely disgusting. I feel if we are spending $27 for two meals, I should get it without hair.

Never gets my order correct and ALWAYS forget to give me my sauce. Worst Wendy's you could ever go to. Save the trouble and drive an extra couple minutes to McDonald's instead. This Wendy's sucks.

Newer/remodeled restaurant, and seemed clean. I stopped to change a diaper and grab a burger. No infant diaper changing areas on premises! Seems pretty absurd for a major fast food chain to not have such a basic family friendly amenity.

Wendy's workers mantra, "It ain't old till it's sold, horrifying, also as they simply add water to their once great chili, and keep said chili overnight for next day sometimes, avoid it at all cost.
Most of the employees have an attitude, but at least they get my order right.

My husband and I took our grandchildren there for dinner. The dining room was empty, with the exception of an employee sitting about 5 tables behind us; I believe they were on break. They were watching something on their phone, with the volume cranked up, playing loud music, which echoed in the dining room. It lasted the entire time we were there. I'm not sure about their break policy, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't state to crank your phone on break, and annoy the paying customers.
