Pine Point Grill was a unique experience. The service alone made it worth the trip. Our server, Johny, was a delight and the highlight of the evening. He was bubbly, energetic and clearly loves working with people. During our time dining we witnessed a number of patrons talking to him and he knew them by name. Another table mentioned that they were dining there specially on the recommendation to go there because of him and I can honestly see why.The atmosphere was nice and there was a nice patio but it didn't have much to look at in terms of scenery. PPG seems to be in the middle of nowhere even though it's just a couple miles off route 1 in Scarborough, Maine. As for the food, I don't want to be overly critical as we visited during restaurant week and tried the fixed menu. It wasn't bad (and the desserts were wonderful) but overall nothing special for the price point. The risotto was bland without the gravy from the pork tenderloin but the portions were ample. Overall though it was a dining experience to remember due to Johnny and his amazing service.

Made reservations for a Friday night and it was easy on the website. The waitress was very friendly and made great suggestions. We ended up getting multiple courses and it's so rare that the server knows how to time courses,, which was a nice change. Also, the alcoholic drinks were really, really good! The only thing I would say could be improved is the beet salad was more salad than beet. It was really lacking in beets, but the flavor was still really nice. It's a very cute place with some fires in the patio area to keep the place warm. I really enjoyed the visit and will return. Good service enhances a dining experience and our server was very good.

One of our Favorite places! The Sangria is amazing! We often order the Taleggio Angolotti to split, and Mussels Dijon side or Pan seared Calamari. Prices are so reasonable portions are just right, service is always great!

Super accommodating when 1/2 of our party was an HOUR late due to traffic, and even offered me use their phone when my WiFi signal was not as strong. Enjoyed delicious drinks and wine list while we waited. Dinner was phenomenal and staff were professional and friendly. I should note that our retired guests who dine out often were a little surprised with the pricing, so check the menu ahead of time so you're prepared. Inflation is real. Well worth it for a solid night out.

We didn't have a reservation and waited 40 minutes on a late September Friday night. Sat in the heated patio which was nice. Our server was wonderful, very attentive. I had baked seafood casserole that came with mashed potatoes and a spaghetti squash cake. Casserole was molten hot and sides were cold. I told our server who promptly brought out hot and fresh sides. Hubby had duck confit, cranberry and apple pizza which was good.
