A pier surrounded by salt marsh (no bugs) holds most of the tables with some more nearby also by the water. It's busy and they take reservations. I don't eat lobster but the rest of the group said it was good. The clam chowder was very very good. The beet salad was a bit oily and we asked for vinegar. Two waitstaff forgot and then brought more salad dressing instead. Feta substituted for goat cheese was tasteless. Coffee awful. Go for the setting and stick to the standard menu.
Sunshine, great views and fresh lobster what more do you want? We didn’t have to wait, seating was spaced for safety and the staff was friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine and lobster dinners and it was delicious.
I had the 1 1/2 pound lobster dinner on Aug. 18, 2021. I couldn’t believe how delicious it was! It came out perfectly cooked, with potato salad and corn. Even the sides were superb! That is the tenderest lobster I’ve had during a one month stay in Maine. Don’t miss this place if you’re anywhere near Scarborough, Maine.
