Ate here twice during our 4 day trip. Food is great, the service was awesome, and the atmosphere is conducive to family, or couples, or friends. Prices are very reasonable.

Our first visit to Portland Pie ever. Not sure there will be a second visit at least not at the Scarborough location.
It took our waitress, Lex, along time to acknowledge us and take our drink order. I had requested basil dough and got beer dough. My husband asked for light sauce he got regular/heavy sauce. I ordered a personal BBQ chicken Pizza. It looked beautiful when it came out but the chicken chunks were tough and stringy. There was so much BBQ sauce, it was overpowering. Lex never came back to check on us or ask us how our meal was. She only came back to ask if we wanted a box to take home my pizza. When I explained to her why only 1 slice was gone she just said, "OH, no box then" That is why she only got a 10% tip.
My husband said his pizza was pretty good despite having to much sauce. So I guess we will try Portland Pie again just not at the Scarborough location.

Great local pizza spot! I highly recommend getting their pizza with bacon and meatball. Their meatball sandwich is also very good. There are many "create your own" pizza options as well with different doughs, sauce and toppings. There are TVs to watch sports in the bar area as well. On weekends and evenings it can get crowded with wait times, but overall, it is a good place to eat at or take out.

Parking: Lots of parking at this location

Kid-friendliness: I've seen several families here with children

The gluen free crust was okay, not great. The regular pizza is not as good as traditional NY style pizza.

A quiet little pizza joint off the highway in Scarborough. The food is alright not great but definitely not bad. But the service, especially from Marissa is top tier. If you have an opportunity to stop in I recommend trying it.

We did a take out order so I can’t really speak for the atmosphere. The place didn’t seem crowded on a Friday at 5:30 when I picked up my order. I was disappointed because a small pizza was very expensive and I found a hair in mine. We won’t be back, other places are better and cheaper with more pie for your buck.

Visited this place while driving to Bar Harbor. I was waiting for almost 10 minutes before somebody helped me. I think they were understaffed.
I ordered Pizza and it was very much normal. Some good local beers. Service is very slow.
There is plenty of parking and location is very good right next to interstate which helps to reduce the travel time.

Vegetarian options: Its there
