“We were in the area on vacation and decided to give this place a try since we love sushi. For the cost it was a utter disappointment. For $8 you get a chewy Alaska roll for ants with avocado that looks like it was sitting around for a week. When we ordered in person they told us 20 min. We came back after 20 min and they seemed to have forgotten who I was and asked me how they could help me. They then told me 10 more min so I left and came back after 10 min. Once again they forgot who I was, and after I reminded them they told me 5 more min. I then left and came back after 7 min. At least they remembered me that time because they quickly rushed to finish my order. Unless if you want to feel like a different person each time you have to come back to remind them about your order and you want to go to bed hungry, then I would suggest not going here. PS the sushi was bland and just not done well.“

“Have gotten take out here several times and this place does not miss. The fish quality is excellent and they have such an extensive menu that there is something for everyone. The prices are also reasonable which is so refreshing. The staff is always super helpful when we order and have even helped load a big order into the car. Excellent addition to the Portland food scene!“

“My husband and I had our first date here, almost 19 years ago. We haven’t been here in a while, but glad we swung by. It was empty at first which can deter customers in general, however it was just as usual.
Cute little hidden local gem that continues to offer fresh, local seafood. Made with love our rolls were delicious as always. Service was great, food did not disappoint, and glad this classic sushi offering still stands. Thank you.“

“Lots of choices and plenty to eat, well cooked(or not cooked, depending on your order), but it was all very fresh, good prices and lovely staff. We really enjoyed that it isn't trying to be trendy as some Portland restaurants do. Hibachi side looked like lots of fun!“
