“Have gotten take out here several times and this place does not miss. The fish quality is excellent and they have such an extensive menu that there is something for everyone. The prices are also reasonable which is so refreshing. The staff is always super helpful when we order and have even helped load a big order into the car. Excellent addition to the Portland food scene!“

“We were in the area on vacation and decided to give this place a try since we love sushi. For the cost it was a utter disappointment. For $8 you get a chewy Alaska roll for ants with avocado that looks like it was sitting around for a week. When we ordered in person they told us 20 min. We came back after 20 min and they seemed to have forgotten who I was and asked me how they could help me. They then told me 10 more min so I left and came back after 10 min. Once again they forgot who I was, and after I reminded them they told me 5 more min. I then left and came back after 7 min. At least they remembered me that time because they quickly rushed to finish my order. Unless if you want to feel like a different person each time you have to come back to remind them about your order and you want to go to bed hungry, then I would suggest not going here. PS the sushi was bland and just not done well.“

“it is Thanksgiving morning and just opened my fresh shady brooks farm turkey I bought 2 days ago , and it is completely rancid the smell was so bad almost knocked me over , and of course it's Thanksgiving morning and nothing is open and no way to get another turkey thanks for ruining the holiday for bunch people. “Came here for the lunch and was not disappointed!! I saw another review that said that it isn’t busy on weekdays at lunchtime and they were correct. I actually liked the peaceful setting. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile from both the waitress and the man at the sushi bar (I believe this is the cook). I got the tuna avocado roll, the queen roll and yellowtail with scallions roll. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved the Queen Roll. The grilled scallops were such a nice touch!! The waitress and the man making the sushi were very nice and accommodating. You can tell that they enjoy what they do because it reflects in the quality of the food and the service.“
