Oishi Japanese Restaurant & Bar is a local gem for sushi lovers. The specialty rolls, such as Tuna Lovers, Salmon Lovers, Pink Lady, Fire, Rainbow, Fugi Mountain, Dragon, and Pad Thai, are generously sized and bursting with flavor. However, the Pad Thai was described as just average. The fried vegetables are a standout, being battered instead of crumbed for an enhanced fried flavor.
