EDIT- The owner, Pamela addressed the situation quickly and respectfully. She immediately spoke to the team members and gave me more insight on the situation. If you have an unusual bad experience, I recommend talking to Pamela. She will make it right.I used to love this place. I would get a dark hot chocolate almost everyday at lunch time with a sandwich. This place is awesome! The barista's are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whenever I go there - I get an iced chai and a egg/avocado breakfast sandwich and its made to perfection! Shout out to the great manager/asst manager team of Pamela and Kelly - always had great interactions with them, as well as Sarah! 5/5 stars.

When the bagel shop we had a catering order for had to close for the snow, we called Scarborough Grounds at 7am and asked if they could pull together an order of 2 dozen bagels and coffee within 2 hours. There was only one person working and she managed to pull it off for us. We had delicious freshly baked bagels and great coffee for our kids birthday party. We really appreciate Scarborough Grounds Cafe!!
