So it’s so difficult for me to right this because the staff here in scarborough are beyond fantastic and always have been and I am a loyal client who goes there every single day.

This location of Starbucks Coffee Company is one of the best, with a very consistent experience. The staff are wonderful, kind, and friendly, with people like Ryan, Nate, Reese, and Jessica being very detailed oriented. The baristas are cheerful and friendly, and one individual named Skylar was especially helpful and set the bar high. The atmosphere is nice, and there is lots of room inside. However, the location is hard to find from the street, and parking is a bit of a problem, with a drive-thru that circles around the building. The drinks are generally excellent, with great iced mochas, but there is inconsistency with the seasonal drinks, as toppings are missed on occasion. They have also been out of items a lot of times and do not offer a discount or coupon to rectify the situation. Overall, not the best location, but the service from the friendly baristas makes it a great spot for a consistent coffee.
