Delicious specials and the chicken tortillas soup is outstanding.
El Rayo in Scarborough is a great casual spot with a fun, laid-back atmosphere and really flavorful food. The tacos are always a solid choice, the portions are good, and the menu has plenty of variety without feeling overwhelming. It’s an easy place to stop for lunch, dinner, or drinks with friends, and definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.
Honestly didn't even eat there. But these are the most kind amazing people I've met. was having a ROUGH night and need a place to charge me and my sister's phones and they took us in with open arms even though they where technically closed and really helped us out
