Exceptional service! Woman behind the counter is lovely, very helpful and efficient. Packaging is nice. Horrible food. The scallops were the best part and they were fried in a manner that none of the four of us had seen before. We got chicken tenders and they were burnt or fried in black oil, had to cover the taste by smothering it in honey mustard and even then ended up throwing most of it away. Unsalted, cold fries but it was a pickup order so maybe we were late. Clearly it was made without either knowledge or care. Try your own food before you serve it, please, guys.
I’m very sorry but I’ve been here twice and I won’t be coming back— if only the food was as good as the service. We only came here since the Third Alarm is closed on Sundays :(
I would give a zero if I could. The food is horrible and don’t bother complaining because management and owner will argue and refuse to take any responsibility. This business with an owner that operates this way in person and on social media will not last long. Save yourself the money, hassle and bad vibes.
Maybe reach out to these people for feedback to make your business better and offer them a coupon, or a meal or even an apology or promise to do better. Your attitude coldness and arrogance is enough to turn any potential and most current customers away. Newsflash buddy customers pay your bills, nothing else, you are driving them all away. You’ll be belly up if you don’t take some advice. Idk I have been in foodservice my whole life and management for the last 5 years. You’re going about it all wrong if you want to grow your buisness. One negative review can cause a huge loss in customers, good customer service could go a long way. Your Facebook comments and responses to google reviews make you look spiteful and trashy. For what reason? We all know the customer is not always right but, you should be open to hearing their feelings, without being confrontational or passive aggressive. Take the feedback and perfect your craft your business will grow when your heart starts to grow!
The location and service are okay, but the food is so low quality for the prices. Everything is far too sweet. The server was very kind and attentive.
By looking at these reviews I would not even try this place. The owners response to people complaining of cold food, Greasy fries and people getting sick, by saying they are fake profiles made by competitors?? Oh so you won’t take your customers word and apologize and find a way to do better? Many many people are complaining about same issues. Isn’t that a concern? Well it should be. Because people look up reviews all the time. And how you handle “bad” reviews tells me alot about you and your commitment to your customers. Without them you have NO BUSINESS.
One less customer
My husband and I have gotten takeout a few times now, and it's been consistently good! Their namesake - fried clams - are some of the tastiest that I've had! They even rival Woodmans in Essex, MA! We've tried their burgers, fried dough and other fried options, all delicious. I like their clam chowder a lot, as well. The broth is nicely seasoned, great amount of clam and potato per spoonful. Overall, we're glad to make them part of our takeout lineup.
I worked in many seafood restaurants, my whole life doing prep work so I know what it goes and to making food and what it takes Sad to say I probably won’t be going here again. Got their small order of clam strips. They didn’t even clean them properly. I was biting into them and almost broke my tooth on a piece of clamshell that they didn’t clean out plus, a lot of my clams still had the necks on them chewy rubbery garbage very disappointed I wouldn’t recommend going here multiple times and wasting your money. The owner definitely needs a good sermon on how to properly prepare your food and not overcook it. Also, the tartar sauce was bland very mediocre. Sorry to say but This place will not last another five years guaranteed. If you can’t cook it right the first time you won’t cook it right the second time same with anything in life.
I've been going to Ted's since the early 60's. Worked there when I was 14-15. Been through a few owners. My experience today, 10/4, was not a good one. I ordered online, got my food 20 min after the expected time and 8 min after my text saying the food was ready. The main orders were ready but I waited for a cup of lobster stew. We got home snd the entire meal was cold. I don't live but 4 minutes away. The lobster stew was incredibly salty and refrigerator cold. I am pretty sure it never saw a pot. I had to call to confirm the best way to heat it up. It was very disappointing to say the least. Watching the stress on the employees, watching the customers waiting, not a good scene. I understand Ted's is still "working out the bugs". I wish you luck and wish you well, but I'll think twice about coming back anytime soon.

DAMN! Already dissatisfied! I was so looking forward to eating/dining here! They had NOTHING I asked for, nothing. But I will wait until they can fully complete their menu..OH! Not a big deal, but I asked for 4 pieces of pizza, paid for 4, got 2, but didn't complain..I'm sure they are learning..
Good seafood. Been going for ten years. Tonight I ordered a burger,(not what I usually order)and large clam chowder..My burger was burnt like it was cooked on a dirty grill. My chowder barely had anything in it. Was very disappointed.

Been over a year for you (new owner) to get your insurance claim you crook seems so funny you got now a ice (slushy) snow cone van type gig going now but cant get the normal business going just like your time in lebanon a complete failure..pithic
Avoid this place!Bad serviceIncompetent employeesI placed an order for my family but had to wait 90 minutes for it to be made yes that's frustrating(was willing to let that slide) but it gets better folks just keep reading, the order was wrong and items were missing which makes it clear that they aren't capable of doing their job at all. Upon opening the Styrofoam containers The food smelled like rotted garbage left out in the sun? we threw it in the trash and we won't be ordering anything from this place ever.

casual dining if you want a variety of seafood burgers, or other American dishes and cold beer. i’ve always been satisfied here.
