Not sure if this is a franchise or what, but the prices at this Dunkin are wildly exorbitant. I was just in Farmington, and I swear it didn't cost nearly as much. At least the staff was really sweet.
I was shocked when I walked in and saw how clean this place was- the nicest and cleanest Dunkin I’ve ever been in!

We ordered two medium coffees. Not the problem. The wait time in the line is. We do understand that people ahead of us may have ordered a ton of items… again not the problem. The problem is, the staff, not in a personal sense, but as it pertains to their job. Training is lacking, there were no smiles, no greeting of hello or hi or anything. Looking through the window at the other employees they looked empty and unmotivated. No sense of urgency to help the customer or...
