My husband & I were passing through Skowhegan for the night and stopped in at Snack shack for breakfast. The food was absolutely great — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The staff was awesome as well: friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
My family has been eating here for years! I ordered the shack attack last night! There was definitely not enough food to feed 4! It hardly fed 3. Glad I ordered my daughter her own meal! I have never ever seen the chicken portion so small. This meal Always fed 5 of us! I had 3 very small pieces of chicken and my boys each had 4 very small pieces. The $75 I spent was absolutely not worth it! So very disappointed!
Hope you guys are just in a funk or something this is the 3rd time we have been recently and the food has gotten to the point the kids wont eat it, the chicken is nothing like it use to be the fries were stale and the onion rings were soggy and the coleslaw is horrible! we spent over a hundred bucks and the food proportions are half what they use to be and the food is no were near the quality it use to be! its just disappointing it was such an amazing restaurant for so many years!...read full review
