Incredible tasting food! Very light & filling. Delicious flavors. We come back every year after finding this place 2 years ago. Well worth the 2 hour drive (round trip).

Driving through town from Acadia, saw the article “best gems” in Maine. Wow, truly delicious. We got the special beet humus dip, followed by one of the best pork Bahn Mi’s I’ve ever had! Generous portions, chill atmosphere, able to have my dog out on the patio.

Neat looking place, tid-- half restaurant half grill--a bit of interest concept... a bar separates the dining area from the grill area.
It's very hard to be a vegetarian and travel. One of my saving graces is that I eat fish and seafood and things like that. However, the vegetarian food that they offer is lack luster... we had the fries which were infinitesimally small--which is not a problem really--(I guess you could call them cute), however, they were also soggy so they were not easy to enjoy.
The egg plant was well prepared, however the sauce that they use was basically something similar to a soy sauce. Eggplants with lots of soy sauce doesn't really work..it was very salty. I'd recommend to the chefs putting the soy based sauce (terriaki?) on side in the future.
We didn't have any other dishes so I can't really comment from a spectrum of choices-- but that was my experience.

This Thai-Vietnamese Asian Fusion restaurant is a hidden Gem! The food top-notch and is better than what you'd find in major metropolitan areas, like NYC or SF. We took a photo of the front page of the menu -- it tells the story of the two young people who are the proprietors. Take a moment & read it. It describes the quintessential American Dream. My most sincere thanks to them both, and to the kind staff members who assisted us.

My fried rice chicken with pinnapple and salad dish had a long black human hair and was ok. Another dish we tried was an asian noodle chicken dish that was overcooked and over salted. The chairs at the table were spectacularly uncomfortable. The chairs at the bar were ok.

Our second trip to Bethel and 3rd visit to our favorite restaurant in Maine! Le Mu never disappoints - from atmosphere to service and food!! What more can I say - it’s a must try! Every dish well prepared, creative and bursting with flavor! Rice balls - out of this world!

Seriously great food and we had it as takeout. Went twice while we were on vacation. The fish sandwich was massive, fish was perfectly flaky and tender. Had the banh mi as well as one of the bowls. Wish it wasn’t 5 hours from home!

This was such a treasure to find in Bethel. Someone who lives here recommended it. The food was delicious, the service was great, and it has a laid back homey vibe. Great outdoor seating too. The Bahn Mi was the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this super tasty cafe.

The fish sandwich and french fries at Le Mu are the best value in town. More food than two people can comfortably eat in one sitting, fresh and delicious! Unlike some local restaurants, they make their french fries from scratch and they use Maine haddock instead of importing it from Iceland. They make the milk buns from scratch and they are light and fluffy.
Their Hot Noodz Is a pad Thai adjacent dish that is always a crowd pleaser.

Best food I have had in a long time!! The kitchens in the dinning room so it’s a dynamic atmosphere and the staff was very warm and friendly. You can tell they care and take pride in what they do.

We called to place a takeout order and everything was fine at first—they took the order with no issue. But as soon as we gave our name, they hung up. When we called back, they picked up and pretended they couldn’t hear us. Really unprofessional and honestly just bizarre behavior.
