Surprised to find a place like this in Bethel. Incredible, I say again, incredible tasting food. I got the Pho that came with a dinosaur leg sized short rib. Tender, delicious, and broth was infused with incredible layers of flavor. Wife got wings, which were well cooked, great Asian flavor. Beer list is excellent, cocktails are a special fusion treat. Worth a drive
This was the perfect place to go after a full day of skiing/snowboarding!
The Curry Carrots, Hot Noodz, and Porke Bowl were my personal favorites.
Their Miso Goldrush drink is a great, unique cocktail that I would definitely recommend trying!

Stopped in here after a day snowboarding. The food was incredible. Bahn mi sandwich was so good and huge.
Sliders were so unique and delicious. Wish I had a bigger stomach and could have eaten more!
I’ll def be back.
