The food wasn't that great and was expensive. The little tiny pizzas ( a personal pizza basically) are $11.25 each. I had a veggie pizza and the vegetables were really crunchy, we also got a loaded steak and cheese and it definitely wasnt "loaded." BUT the breadsticks were great and the people who took our order were very nice!

The food was horrible. It was four, wide, tiny slices of pizza that cost $10. Microwaved, and served on a flimsy paper plate. Theres two other areas right next to it, which by the way doesn’t have a angry person running the counter.

Wanted something quick, familiar and close by so I picked up a pre-made pizza aka “cement patty with cheese”…. Perhaps this particular Amatoes is not the best choice…. Pizza must’ve been on hour 4 minimum…. awful…

Ordered a pizza from the amatos in the mall and wasn’t offered a box. Went back to get a box and there was a long, long line. Tried to get a woman’s attention to get a box and she just waved me away like I should go and stand in line for 15-20 minutes just to get a box when there were some RIGHT BEHIND HER that she could have handed me. What an absolute lazy clown. Amatos has gone so down hill and is run by the least considerate people of the industry.

I always go to amatos for wraps this is the second time I got a grilled chicken here and it wasn’t good. I thought it was a fluke the last time .. I believe their using fillers or something doesn’t seem as fresh chicken as the other locations
Just terrible. Kept calling the restaurant and noone ever answered. Called 5 times straight for 15 min even as i got to the location. No customers, just a Asian female and Jamaican male employee talking and couldn't be bothered. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I ordered two windows down as a result.Don't go to Amato's at the Mall. They apparently don't care and don't need your business! Don't go to Amatos!

Ordered 2 wraps and a sub with a pizza and 4 soft drinks. For the amount of food compared to price. I would deffinetly go here again. Staff was pleasant as well. Im from NY and this place was good

I have ordered from multiple Amato's locations in the past without incident. Today called the Maune Mall Amato's to place an order for pick up, the phone rang over a dozen times until someone answered and told me to order online. I proceeded to read the reviews and decided to seek lunch elsewhere.

Absolutely not happy with the older women that works here they are very rude after they mess things up they will try to make you pick threw you food if they put things you don’t want on it. She proceeded to make other food before fixing my food when it was her mess up to start!

Such a shame. I understand that the world has changed, however if you really don't like your job, and do not enjoy working with the public maybe you shouldn't work there. The lady that made our sandwiches was so very rude, and our food was not good. It has gone down hill
