Veryyyyy slow service. I was in the same spot for 10 minutes. Definitely don’t go if you’re on a time crunch. Hashbrowns were ok, sort of soggy. Drink was good.
Park across from the ministore and walk to the window! Save gas and reduce fumes for workers!

There's quite a line for this tiny little place. And the lines are either for good food or convenience. I am happy to say that this place is both. I reallly enjoyed it. They clearly use good beans, and the drinks are made fresh. What made this enjoyable was the absolute flavor of chocolate liqueur. It made this drive through latte feel sophisticated and well crafted. If I lived nearby, I'd made my way through the menu.

Been my goto for breakfast for a long time, over 2 years and the food is the best and with huge portions. Now if I'm not carefull I will be in for a wait in line but it still very much worth it. Great food, portions, service, and at fair prices!!

A couple of days ago, I ordered 2 drinks which ran 14.00. They ran my card thru the app. Then the lady says she needs to run it again, which puts 2 charges on my bank card. She then tells me that on their end, it didn't go thru. I tell her and show her it did. The Manager comes up and asks to run it a 3rd time. I say I am not running it a 3rd time. She argued that I should check my bank account again. She also keeps apologizing ..which meant nothing to me because she wasn't willing to tell me how I could get into touch with someone from Aroma Joe's to correct the situation. I called back later and she said "Well when I tried to help u, u drove off". I told her that I didn't drive off, I just pulled to the side so that I might be able to remedy the situation online. She then said, "Well if u come back, I could look it up and see what I can do". I then said, I was right there and u could have done it then" She then said, you have to complain about the app online, because I don't know what to tell you. But I leave in a little while, so you need to come back before that." It was crazy because she didn't know her job and wanted to blame me because she said it didn't go thru on end. I highly advise any older people or otherwise to not go there. This Manager was disrespectful and shouldn't be working there. Terrible customer service.
