The chicken tenders are overpriced for 2 and a half burnt tenders. The chocolate smoothie is chocolate milk. The salads are getting smaller and smaller. The buffalo cauliflower bites ARE good. BGOOD has consistently gone down hill tremendously over the last few years. It’s unfortunate. So many better options in the area

Absolutely terrible. We got take out. Burgers and a salad. There is no way this is truly grass fed beef. It was tasteless and had a stringy strange texture. The bun was burned beyond belief. Salad was awful. They left out part of the order but you can’t call them because it just goes to a recording of the full voicemail. I was hoping the other reviews were just a few bad experiences…they are not!

Roses are red, violets are blue, this place sucks, only come here if you want to eat poo. Service was so slow, and employees were rude. The food was horrible as well. It gets a one star because I can’t do anything lower. Very disappointed.

Got DoorDash and they put the very hot food on top of my smoothie bowl? Can someone explain how that makes sense by the time we got the food it was all melted and everything was freezing

With all of the amazing food choices in Portland, seriously how is this still open? I went in to buy their Avocado Lime salad. Assuming of course there would be avocado ( like the website photo shows a nice amount of avocado on salad) on it. It had two small slices. You can see my pics.
I never complain about foods, but I did. And when I did the two men working, laughed at me. And then said they “had to grab their manager.”
The manager came out and authorized them to add more avocado ( thank you) it then actually looked more on par with the advertisement.
I had also bought sweet potato fries. I had asked the cashier “ Do they come with any dip or anything?”
She said “ no, no dip” No offer of ketchup or anything? Weird. She wasn’t super helpful and frankly seemed grumpy.
This is not my first visit, I can say that the first visit I had was almost as lackluster as this one. So I’m done. There’s way too many good choices in Portland region.
I will say the restaurant was clean. So that’s something I guess.

Today I went in around 10:45 am and the young lady in the smoothies and açaí bowls section. Was sweating cleaning her sweat with her shoulder and also scratching her nose with the gloves on. I was watching her the whole time and she didn’t seem to care that she was making my açaí bowl. On top of that I found a hair inside it.. I threw it away.. please find some more put together people that will represent your store… that’s disgusting!!?
Wonderful and tasty salad bowls that actually have a generous amount of nutritional vegetables and grains. Sure the sauce has some sugar but when it comes to restaurant food this place is very healthy.

We go here often (once a week) due to dietary restrictions. They’re typically really good. We always get the same (chicken). When biting into my sandwich this last visit my chicken was wildly undercooked and raw in the middle. I got my two year old their plain chicken breast and was worried about serving my toddler food from there. I get that some like their burger pink, but chicken?
