Tldr: great raw tuna bowls with balanced veggies and fish. Fast and efficient service.

We got the spicy tuna and shoyu bowl. Both were delicious and had good combinations of sides and veggies. They didn't load the bowl full of rice either which was good. We also got the ika karaage (deep fired squid) which was good but was too small. Overall great place for a quick healthy bite.

I am not embarrassed in the least to say I'm addicted to this place. I get the large spicy tuna bowl with two salmon one tuna and its just about my favorite thing to eat. The only difficult part is deciding where in the bowl to start eating... between the seafood salad, the avocado or the chunks of tuna it's all so yummy. If I want to feel extra healthy I do it over salad but you have a choice between salad, brown rice or white rice. If you choose the rice it will fill you up for a good 8 or 9 hours. That's pretty good bang for your buck considering it will cost you about 22 bucks for the extra large with three proteins and a few bucks for a tip. Not inexpensive but you will have zero guilt about wolfing down one of these bad boys once or twice a week... it's like pure health for your body.

Went with my kids and the staff where very nice. They had never had a poke bowl and we made a custom one just for them. My spicy tuna was delicious. Would recommend 100%.

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of a grocery shopping trip. This was my healthy option amidst a sea of junk food. I appreciate the fresh quality ingredients, and thoughtful selection to create a bowl. It was perfect and delicious. I feel good. Thank you.

In this part of South Portland, from airport to Maine Mall, you have a great choice of fast food places which are mostly average to poor. Big Fin Poke however is fabulous, very fresh food which you can combine any way you want or even stick to their menu, which I did. I had the yellowtail with citrus Ponzu and it was excellent. I am luck enough to work nearby so I will definitely come back. Really great if you are in the neighborhood.
