Very poor customer service on Sunday 11/3/2024. Was not greeted by a single employee. Waited at the counter watching an employee make a sandwich for themselves for their break (I might add not wearing gloves but would anyone know that if they didn't hear him say he was going on his break? One might think he was making it for a customer). He walked by the counter three twice not once acknowledging that I was there nor any attempt to tell anyone help was needed at the counter. Another employee walked by three times and never acknowledged my presence either. When he finally came to the counter, he had the attitude that I was bothering him even so much as pounding on the register screen to log in and while taking my order. Again with the attitude that I was bothering him and that my business didn't seem to matter. The person that presented my order said nothing other than the order number. No thank you or anything from either employee. Did not feel welcomed at all or that my business mattered so ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

The Adam’s Family collab was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend this Burger King.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably stuck in line, wishing you drove away. I waited 30 minutes before backing out of line and driving to McDonalds; I was still 2 cars away from the window 30-minutes in (this is not an exaggeration, I just figured someone placed a large order). This location does not qualify as “fast food.”

This Burger King takes absolutely for-EVER every time I come here... I'm sitting in line right now and it's not busy whatsoever. I've been at the window for 20 minutes for 4 items (one being a drink). Just absolutely ridiculous. Doesn't matter what day it is; if it's busy, expect close to an hour wait. I have nothing against Burger King. The one on Forest Ave in Portland is phenomenal. This location on Gorham Rd is the absolute WORST!!!

I called the store 4 times to place an order for pick up, and they just kept hanging up the phone on me. When I got there to place the order the service was really bad. They didn’t put the barbecue sauce that I asked, and they didn’t put the extra lettuce that I asked on my burger. They were very rude, and we weren’t satisfied at all with the way they treated us. I DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Me and my service dog and I were welcome. Nobody even noticed she was there, and if they did, it was quite a surprise once they noticed she was there.

I had a mobile order and the kid on the mic made it apparent that he didnt care at all. The drive through took a long time for each customer before me. Ok, maybe it's the food cooking taking a while, nope. The same kid at the window was the reason. He had no idea what my order was and had to clarify multiple things. He was also listening to his air pods leisurely dancing his way around making drinks.

Burger King is always the best bang for your buck! And I will also say that their fries are ALWAYS hot and fresh.
