This is not just the worst Burger King in South Portland, or even Maine. It is the worst fast food restaurant out of all the possible fast-food-like phenomena that could possibly exist across all similar occurrences from the beginning of the big bang to the collapse of the known universe.

I’m a regular here. I come here after my own food service industry job to eat something because I’m so damn busy throughout the day this is what I can manage. I order the bacon king sandwich, and always with jalapenos. When I order this sandwich any other location would simply understand, that I want the regular sandwich, nothing taken away, just added jalapenos. It’s really not a huge task, but somehow, each and every single damn time I order from this specific location, someone messes it up. ITS. Just. JALAPEÑOS ADDED. Needless to say, regardless of them having paper straws, I’ll be going to the Westbrook location because I’m absolutely tired of spending my hard earned money on some goons who cannot fill a fast food order correctly. Find new employees at this point. It’s not difficult to put jalapenos on a bacon burger.

Was picking up a door dash order, with drive thru instructions. Told them I was picking up a door dash order and was rudely told “the door is wide open” repeatedly. Quickly canceled the order, and will not be accepting orders from this store anymore. Not impressed.

Horrible food, messed up my order with no other customers in the sdrive through. through.
My kindergarten or first grade class visited this BK about 1976 as a field trip and I remember the brown and orange uniforms and the flame broiler. It's the same building and it's looking good. The food was great today, service great and quick. So sad when the Scarborough BK closed but I still make it over to the South Portland store for a real treat!

The worse experience at any Burger King ever. Lady on drive through was extremely rude. I placed my order asked for the Texas whopper (no pickles or jalapeños, as have allergies) and a lemonade no ice. Got to the window, she wast talking to another employee, not any kind of acknowledgement of my presence. Got my order, got home and I got a burger full of jalapeño and pickles, no onion, and the lemon was a full cup of water( just plain water, not any sign of the existence of any lemon flavor. I could have gone back there, but didn’t feel like driving 20 minutes just to the order right. They should do better. Horrible customer service to say the least I would give 0 stars if I could
