This is location right inside the mall food court. It was pretty good for mall food. Certainly not the best steak and cheese, but I was happy with it. I loved the strawberry lemonade too.

You can often judge the quality of a sub right from the start by the bread quality. I would describe the texture as foam.

Do you get your chicken from a trash can and then just wash it off? Is that what you do? And then you put half the meat of the picture garbage

Meh. Not the worst but very underwhelming. Even the Coke tasted off.

I am very Angry with this place. I ended up getting food poisoning from you guys. I am not Impressed. I will 100% never come back. You guys should be ashamed. I use to recommend you guys, but I’m taking it back I deserve a refund

This place is absolutely awful! We ordered with no one in front of us . They had the food out in literally one minute. It was sitting on a warmer out back . Everything was cold . Bacon fries were disgusting. Sandwich was gross ! Dry, old , cold ! I don't even think it is real chicken . It was too dried out and old to tell though. What a joke this place is !

Not a real cheese steak - it's like they've never even seen one - they just put the cheese on top like that's not against the entire concept of a cheese steak. The people of Philly should sue this place out of existence. Just find some local pizza place and tell them to mix the cheese in with the meat and it will be 10x better than this corporate crap factory.

I purchase the chicken cheese steak and it never disappoints! The staff is friendly and courteous.. always a pleasure to visit! Keep it up 👍🏻

Now I’ve only had their fries, but these fries went hard. Not too greasy, and just the right amount of salt, these were some good fries.

This is pretty much basic food court quality cheesesteak. Not bad but you probably wont be racing back for your next one. Keep any expectations modest at best. Upside, friendly, quick service. Thank you

I want to give a shoutout to Luxi and the young men behind the counter making the food.
The first thing that stood out to me was how kind Luxi is and how she had a positive attitude. She took our order with a smile and without a bad attitude, which I find to be very rare nowadays. She ensured that our order was correct by reading it back to us afterwards. Everything was absolutely perfect and correct.
The young men behind the counter made our food perfectly as well. Very good individuals at this establishment. Because of Luxi and the chefs, I will be coming back again.

The food is usually good. Yesterday got burnt chicken and burnt steak philly. It was embarrassing for them, as both subs had meat on only one half of the roll, there is no way that they did not know, they simply did not care. $29 down the drain. I will think before going there again. I visited on 03-24-24 at about 1PM and it was order #72. NOT GOOD
