Chipotle Mexican Grill

We had a group order of 5 different things. The staff was terrible! I couldn't understand what they were saying. They had no chips, no $1's, or 5$ bills, abs couldn't print a receipt. Fryer was down supposedly, so we couldn't have crispy tacos. By far, the worst Chipotle I've been to. B

This was the first time I had ever tried Chipotle. Some friends and I were looking for food in the area and after seeing the reviews for this place we decided we HAD to go.

The food was good so no issues there, one of my only negatives is that the staff spoke too much English! Opposite of what the reviews promised us. The service was very good up until the point where I got to the checkout. I was fighting for my life, since Chipotle is just a fast paced hellscape subway, and I finally got to checkout and be at peace. The man told me my total, which is normal for a store. What wasn’t normal is that he called me mlady. “Your total is 10.74, mlady”

WHY WOULD YOU CALL ME THAT??? Is this the set of game of thrones? Am I being kidnapped by dragons or something? My friend went before me and SHE wasn’t called mlady.

So I’m like in shock but it’s whatever I just run my card. And then “have a nice day my lady”

Dear cashier, I am not your lady, I’m wearing little farmer boy overalls and am drenched like a sad cat after spending all day in torrential downpour. If I am ever called mlady by a cashier again I’m throwing myself into the nearest deep fryer.

Anyways 3/5 bathrooms were out of toilet paper but food was good

This location is so awful

The place is an absolute mess, all the tables we dirty. I asked one of the employees if she could clean one of the tables or had something i could help clean it with.. she rolled here eyes and said “ yeah i can do it” her attitude was absolutely horrible. The place needs more love… it used to be my go to before COVID now its just a mess

Where is the health department? This place is filthy! Look at this “burrito” — it’s not even close to what I ordered. I paid for a soda and they didn’t have any, just lemonade. What a disgusting restaurant.

This is the third time I’ve gone here and every time I go things get worst. They are always out of things like chips, rice and queso. On top of that I’ve found hair in my food and bugs in my food! It’s disgusting!🤢

Today we dined in this Chipotle and it was pathetic. I’ve been to many Chipotle stores (visiting from Florida). They were out of taco shells, chips, veggies, and tea. Then when asking about a certain tea container, there was some attitude. The place was also dirty. Piles of clear trash bags were left in front of the counter which was a sight as we tried to eat. We are also there at around 2, so it wasn’t rush hour.

I used to love this place. That was before the pandemic. Now, it's such an absolute dive. They've been open 2 hours and they're already out of everything. No chicken, no veggies, no medium salsa, no Pico de Gallo. And even if I had gone through with the payment it would have been full price even though they have hardly any of the ingredients. It's absurd and they don't even care. Not to mention the place is always trashed. Don't waste your money for your time with them. Go to other Mexican places.

This facility was absolutely disgusting The bathrooms smell like body odor they were filthy there was trash hanging out of the in the lobby the serving area was filthy.
