Chipotle Mexican Grill

More employees than I’ve ever seen and they still didn’t have any fajitas, dressing and were out of white rice. Left and went to another which still wasn’t much better. Chipotle in general has gone so down hill.

Tried again 2 years later.. my fiancé, son and I all got sick. Place was DIRTY. Bathrooms were nasty. There is definitely no one holding a standard at this location. Should've trusted my instincts and walked out.

So much fun and the food is excellent!

Shocked this location hasn’t been closed or can pass a health inspection.
We went in 2020 and it was dirty, slow, out of everything and we said that we would never go back.
Shame on us, we thought it had to have gotten better in 5 years. It was worse! The dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to.
Learn from me and stay away.

They must not have any management or something because this place is run like a complete clown show. Nothing is every fresh, nothing is ever available, place looks and smells like
a dumpster. Surprised if this place will pass any sort of inspection

This place really is the worst…I only ever come here because it’s unfortunately my 8 yr olds favorite restaurant…and each time is as regrettable as the last. it’s disgusting - filthy tables, floor and food prep area. I also
don’t understand how an establishment in a first world developed country in the year 2025 can so consistently have a broken ice machine. But the thing that really pisses me off is that on their in-store food prep line they are ALWAYS out of some basic item like rice, or tortillas, or cheese, and even though you can see they still have those items in their to-go prep line they refuse to make any accommodations…so if you like warm soda, terrible customer service, and cleaning your own table maybe my daughter and I will see you here some time.

I Understand that this Chipotle is in a pretty congested area in South Portland, but that doesn't excuse or explain the pure attitude and overall vibe of this establishment. When I went to order my food the lady making it said nothing the entire time she didn't even great us. The lady checking us out gave us nothing but attitude and she acted like I was the end of the world that I added on a fountain drink.

The food case was borderline completely empty and the food that was in there was obviously from the early morning shift and was old and nasty 🤢. I ordered a bowl and she gave me a salad and my girl friend order a salad and they made her a bowl? Like why.

When we ate our food there was so many gross issues. For one there was a clump of hair in my rice, all of the food was obviously old and crusty and hard, the guac tasted horrible I almost barfed.

The place was a disaster it smelled awful there was feces on the walls in the bathroom and trash all over the sales floor, just a complete disaster. The lady checked me out for a drink right? All of the fountain drinks were out and the mini fridge was empty.

If you're craving chipotle or need food fast that is eatable don't go here. This place needs to be condemned or completely reworked jeez.

Places an order online through the app, and found (only after getting home) that one of the items was missing half of the ingredients. Very poor service - will avoid in the future.

Go back to the Covid days and just shut it down.

While the food is decent, it's not worth the price. I placed a catering order (more than 24 hours in advance), received a confirmation and went to pick it up at the confirmed time and location. I get there and while they received the order, they did not have it ready, nor was it even started. I was extremely disappointed with the service and lack of communication. My business will now go elsewhere.
