Our waitress, Cassandra, was wonderful and the food was great! Great value! There was slight wait to be seated but no big deal.

Stopped in for lunch today. Waitress was very inattentive. Food was was luke warm when it was brought to us...no refill on drinks....nobody checked on us to see if we needed anything ...seemed like they were very short staffed
Short of help, however the waitress we had was wonderful. She handled us and 4 other tables alone at 7am. Food at CB is always wonderful and breakfast today was no exception. The gift shop is always amazing, however your prices in there have skyrocketed! I had to turn down items I would have usually purchased. Overall, a nice experience. Always a return customer. Cathy

The wait was a little longer than expected at 30 minutes in the afternoon. It was not that busy but like all South Portland business, short staffed. No fault of Cracker Barrel. The waitress was courteous and very efficient. The food was delicious. Portions were good. Coffee was hot and the atmosphere was as usual, fun. We shopped after eating and were treated very well and made a few purchases. I was very happy with our visit and the meal.

We had a long wait- was told 20 minutes when in actuality we waited almost 40. Then we waited when we were seated approx 15 minutes before a waiter approached.

Don't trust their website with the wait list. It said zero wait but we showed up and got told they couldn't take anyone else on the list because the wait was too long
Had a delish meal, but didn't get our muffins. Then the server brought our receipt while still eating our meal, so I guess dessert wasn't an option. Also bought items in the store. Super cute things! While wrapping up an item, one of the attachments was left behind. I called and spoke to the manager Robin who assured me she would look for it. That was a week ago. Now she won't return my calls. Will not be visiting the South Portland location again.
