Just had THE BEST fish n chips here at Docks and some great fried clams as well. Atmosphere is much nicer since their renovation. Some times the best food is right around the corner!

4pm on a Monday was easy to get a table. There was a small rush by 4:30. Service seemed a little disorganized. They have a lobster roll, but for whatever reason it's not on the menu. The server said we get 2 sides with a lobster meal but then when we tride to order 2 sides he says we only get one. Ended up getting the lobster meal with mac & cheese and coleslaw because I felt it was a better value than the lobster roll. The lobster came out piping hot which was Great! The Mac & Cheese was good. The coleslaw was very bland though. No seasoning at all.

Recently visited Docks on a business trip to Maine and overall it was just ok. Had clams and a fish fry and I didn’t really care for the clams and the fish was good, was there on trivia night and it made it difficult to have a conversation at the table.

I have now been to Dock's twice and I have had two excellent meals. The lobster roll was great. You hear about out of the way places, but this is incredibly convenient for great seafood. And at the end of a walking trail.

Drove 8 hours to stay in Maine. Exactly 1 year ago we came here for dinner. The service last year was MUCH different than this experience. The red headed “waiter” who served us was EXTREMELY rude, unpleasant and disrespectful. With that service, I’m not sure how they’ve maintained any business. I’m not sure if the ownership switched over, but we will never be back, nor will recommend this place to any friends, family or anyone from here on out. I’ve never experienced such terrible service from a place that cost $100+.

Took 32 minutes for a carryout order, but the crab roll, fried calamari, fried scallops, and fries were worth it. Ordinary, seafood place, but with fresh ingredients, the food becomes heavenly.
