The chef/ower came to the table after our meal and was super nice. The noodles were amazing and the lobster ragoon was great. It's a cute little spot.

This location is absolutely not the same as Portland. We were sadly disappointed with the food and cocktails, hopefully just had to do with the location recently opening

A small place that delivers big rewards. Everything is good here. Food was delicious, all eight of us loved our lunches. Staff was friendly and charming. Try a lemongrass margarita.

Simply put, the food at Dok Mail Noodle Bar is amazing…5 stars for sure! We have been to this new Thai restaurant in South Portland a few times now and have had the following menu items: dumpling flight, Japshae, Drunken Noodles, Mali Pad Thai, and Chili Garlic. They all have been great, but our absolute favorite is the Clili Garlic…we ordered it extra spicy and were rewarded with the best Thai food ever! We also had the opportunity to meet chef/owner Nonglac, who was very engaging and a great host. We’ll be back and wish this locally owned business every success!

Small spot giant satisfaction. Looking forward to coming back. Perfect addition to Mill Creek, Knightville and Ferry Village!! All my spots! I had the pork/zucchini dumplings and the Chili Garlic dish.

And in the short time I was here, and it's quick, the TOGOs were flying out the door. Everybody knows!

Thanks Dok

So happy to have them over in South Portland, and we both loved the design of the interior.
Starter of the pork gyoza dumplings (just ok) followed by 2 tasty filling bowls of the drunken noodles with shrimp and the chili garlic.
All enjoyed with a nicely chilled singha and a perfectly done bangkok mule.

Just had your dumpling sampler. So delicious! I was filled up when I finished. But I didn’t want to take the last bite, because I didn’t want the joy to end. Will definitely return soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I couldn't be more excited to have a Dok Mali Noodle Bar on this side of the bridge. Food was amazing! Dumplings on point. Bubble tea was yummy. Great service. Everyone was in a good mood and happy.

I just had a rare life-changing kind of meal. The Miso Ramen? The broth is simply to die for and nothing like I have ever tasted. Visiting and unaware of the Dok Mali hype, I had no expectations. I only ordered the dish expecting it to be your typical miso ramen because it was one of the only selections I thought my little kids would eat, and of course they devoured it. After having that, they wouldn’t eat the Pad Thai, usually a favorite. When it comes to soups,
I’m obnoxiously hard to please. I spoke with the chef/owner Nonglack who came to our table, and I had to know how she made it. Her unbelievable extensive process includes slow-roasting garlic until it burns. I’ve read complaints about the prices, but people are comparing them to your average Thai takeout. This ain’t that, not even close. They also make all their noodles in-house. I think the restaurant is actually under-charging for the miso ramen. Aside from the phenomenally prepared food, we appreciated how attentive and accommodating they were to our 2yo and 5yo. I wish I took a photo of the miso ramen… Def returning to try other dishes.

Had a delicious lunch in July 2024. Great lunch specials which they really should post on their window! Saw several people pass it up for lunch which is a mistake. Our favorite was the Pad Thai! Ready to try their cocktails and dinner! Attentive service and yummy meal!

Vegetarian options: Tufu choice for all noodles. Also nice salads.
