This dominos regularly drops the ball. My husband picked up a chicken habanero sandwich earlier in the day. Was completely missing the habanero sauce which is one is the reasons I love the sandwich. I call in to let them know, they said they would remake it and I ordered an additional sandwich. I get there and they no idea what I’m talking about and then the guy starts messing with me, so a chicken habanero with no habanero sauce, and I’m just looking at my 17 year old son like is this guy for real?! Not very friendly and an overall poor experience.

They don't seem to have delivery that can go 5 miles, even if they have a delivery service. I had to go pickup food from a place that wasn't very well lit outside. Then they even forgot 2 of my food items I ordered

Just editing my review. They gotten a lot better since they started doing stuffed crust somehow. Maybe it's new staff or something but they've been nailing my families orders lately!

Placed an order 3 hours in advance and it still ended up being 30+ mins late. When I called to ask where the order was the girl on the phone acted like it was preposterous that I wanted to know where the food was

If you thinking about ordering delivery from Domino’s South Portland just think about it this this was my order today. This is how I received it. The pizza was very very cold. I reach out to the store manager, and he hanged up on me every time I call again he told his employee to hang up on me. I don’t know what to do. I’m looking for the corporate number. This is the worst service ever I’m never going back telling my family and friend to never go there the way they talk to me when I was ordering the way they deliver my food. Everything was odd. I don’t feel comfortable. I didn’t eat my food. I spend money on that. I tipped well just as a warning for anybody else out there.

Ordered 3 times recently from this establishment and the pizza was made exactly as I requested. Staff are personable. Price and quality of pizza will keep me coming back.
I accidentally placed my online order for carryout instead of delivery. When I called the store to check on my delivery, the staff were so nice and explained it had been placed for carryout. The manager went out of her way to get my pizzas delivered promptly. All this at 7pm the night of the men's Final Four! 5 starts all around!

Whoever you got working there right now answering phones is rude and hangs up on you when you ask a simple question, dont onto Dominos save your money and go to Amatos across the street and get their tasty pizza when their prices are worth it, shouldnt be rude to who's calling to give Dominos business, hate your service and won't be giving you my money any longer, no need for attitude and if your people mess with my food I will file a lawsuit
