Wish I could give it less than 1. Placed an order with a 37 min wait time. It’s now been over 3.5 hours and it’s still “out for delivery” now it’s almost 11pm and nothing else is open. I’ve called the store 11 times to try and cancel to go somewhere else and they haven’t answered once. Took my money tho.

The person taking my order was so rude! They wouldn’t talk or ask any questions, so I didn’t know what to say. We stayed on call silent for a few mins, and they didn’t even say “have a nice day”, or “have a good one” they were overall rude, but the person servering me and delivering the food was so kind, also the food is awesome :)

-THANK YOU TESIA -& THE DOMINO’s TEAM.I open up with thanking Teisa an employee who took my order.We often get an employee that takes an order whether on the phone or in person whose energy is negative and it gets transferred to the customer, NOT Tesia I asked her what was running for specials etc. She responded kindly with an upbeat energy that puts a customer on a good stage right from the gate.No matter what is being sold product knowledge is almost everything. Product knowledge and the DELIVERY is EVERYTHING. Teisa crushed the customer service ball into deep deep space. I was out of range for delivery by a little bit instead of making it black and white and ended the call, shekindly said your out of range but please hold let me check with my manager. He okayed it!!!! This is how you treat customers a 10 out of 10. I’ve been in sales/customer service my whole life. I’d hire Teisa in a second this is who I want working for me. The order took an extra 20 minutes to arrive. Then was missing our drinks and sauces so I call, they offered a credit OR to send out another driver but the reason we didn’t get our drinks was because they don’t have them in stock... a credit for missing food!? Shouldn’t it be a refund for not giving me those items. I requested the items (substitutions for the out of stock) which apparently was a mistake because now it’s been an hour with no sauces or drinks in sight and now my food is cold. Don’t make my mistake, order Papa John’s if your in S Portland. Update: they showed up 3 HOURS after we ordered with the rest of our order and pounded on the door waking us all up and then wouldn’t refund that part of our order because it was completed… I will NEVER order from any Dominos again in my life. Disgusting behavior and a complete rip-off/ borderline theft.

Ordered bbq chicken pizza. Pizza was undercooked and had zero chicken on it. It also was cut in crazy slices. Still eating it because I paid for it.
I placed a last minute late order and they took care of us! 6 pizzas were ready and waiting! Customer service was great! He definitely saved the day for us!

If I could give this location a zero star I would!!!!I ordered at 6:50 pm, tracker said food was on its way at 7:22 with a 7:39 delivery...fast forward to 9:00pm!! Still no food! Have called many times! First time, they couldn't track the driver and couldn't make contact with them! Offered to remake and resend food! At this point, my kids are starving and they said the new food would be here in 10-15 mins, this wasn't 7:40. At 8:15 the "driver"Was 5 mins away. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and inconsiderate of the fact that we had been told 3 times now that the food was on its way. 8:40pm food still is not delivered..call again and get the same rude response, food is 5 mins away!! This is the absolute worst dominos I have EVER ordered from!!! Save yourself the trouble and order from pizzahut or anywhere else for that matter!!!

I once didn't have any problems with this Dominos, but lately they keep messing up my orders. Everytime I ask for no garlic seasoning on my pizza, they still add it. The stuff is way too strong and really ruins the flavor. It keeps happening to the point I'm just not going to bother coming here.Now granted, it is really cheap pizza. It's not the best, but if you're needing some inexpensive pizza this is probably your best bet unless you just go buy a slice in portland.
