Came here with my freinds, got all of our orders incorrect. Workers very stingy and act like they don’t wanna be here. Drinks and food feel and taste like barley any effort is being put in our food. For ex. Asked for less ice and they filled it up to the top.

Many unsanitary employees! I placed an order for inside pickup. Luckily, I got there before my order was finished so I could witness the woman making my iced coffee who clearly needs to quit smoking coughing directly into her hands then mixing every coffee including mine by putting her coughed in fingers over the straw hole and shacking the coffee. She was so gross! The young man working there was kind enough to remake my coffee when I told him what she was doing. The woman making the food did so with one hand in a glove and her hair a mess with nothing covering it. The place is just gross, and they employees need to be taught better how to handle food safely.

5:30, glazed donut was ice cold. Ordered two donuts and two muffins in drive-through. Donuts were smashed underneath two muffins in one bag. No napkins given. Order coffee, no sleeve on cup. So it was to hot to hold. Had to go in to get napkins. Ordered a chocolate glaze when i went inside, she dumped it glaze side down in bag.
The toilets are so dirty that we didn't want to order food.

I went through the drive through this morning. I asked for a med decaf pumpkin spice ice coffee with 2 pumps of mocha. They gave me mocha swirl which I tried to explain to them its not right. There is 2 differentkinds of mocha.. The girl says to try it and I said no it's not what I ordered. Then the guy came over and told me to leave. I said I want my money back. He actually wasn't going to give it back. I'm so over dunkin donuts. They have gone downhill. I'll be call headquarters today.

Our lattes were barely warm — probably did not heat the milk. When we complained, the service associate (young male, red hair) basically refused to fix it.
