Not only is the staff rude but they don’t know how to make their advertised drinks…. I ordered an iced matcha latte and they gave me a coffee with matcha in it. Absolutely disgusting and not even remotely what it’s supposed to be. Ive been in contact several times for a refund and it’s been nearly impossible. Just avoid this location.

I mean, it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. The service is pretty good and the food is exactly what you’d expect. During the summer, wait times are a tad slow but during the off season, things are perfect. They often have staffing issues during the summer and need to shut down, which is really my only complaint. Sometimes their iced tea or iced coffee leaves a lot to be desired; meaning they let it steep a little too long and you can tell, but otherwise great!

This location often has a lot of menu items unavailable. I have accepted that supply chain problems will persist for the foreseeable future and don't hold that against the employees. However, it makes mobile ordering a challenge because the app doesn't tell you if items are unavailable and you have to pay for them upfront. Multiple times, I have arrived to pick up a mobile order and it hasn't been there. The employees have always made something close enough to what I ordered when asked to do so, but I think it would make more sense to just disable mobile ordering when there are a lot of things out of stock.

Sadly it's hardly opened and when it is it's so busy they mess things up
