Slowest Dunkin I have ever been in. 3 people waiting in side and it took 10-15 minutes for someone to work the counter. I ordered a coffee and food from kiosk, food came up first. No one seems to be making my coffee

Went in here almost everyday for about two months. Employees are super sweet and knew me by name after like 3 weeks. The wait can be a little long on occasion but otherwise it’s pretty solid as Dunkins go

Worst customer service. Missing half my mobile order, got attitude when I asked for the rest. Worker argued over a coffee and donut that I had already paid for and the worker refused to give. Left with an incorrect drink and 2 missing items.

They were super busy when we arrived as they had a whole high school softball team of young ladies in there, but they handled it very well overall. Sure it was a longer wait but the staff were all pleasant for what they were dealing with and our order was accurate. If I had anything to critique it would be about the people waiting, not the staff or place over all. People need to learn to be more positive and understanding of situations. They had construction surrounding their building and it was a full house, what does anyone expect the staff to do about that. Overall pleasant experience, minus some customers.

Dunkin’ Donuts – A Visit, This Was… Satisfying, It Was Not.
Stopped in I did, for sustenance of the morning variety—egg wraps and a strawberry Coolatta, the mission. A simple task for most... but patience, the Force demanded.
⏳ Slow to emerge, the wraps were, though warm and edible once they finally arrived. As for the Coolatta—strawberry it claimed to be, but bitter it was, like the last sip of a Sith’s cold brew. Confused my tastebuds were, betrayed they felt.
🍽️ Alas, the tables—clean they were not. Battles past remained scattered like the aftermath of a Padawan pizza party. A little cleaning, this café could use.
💭 If a quick stop you seek, better luck may lie at another system’s Dunkin’. Return, I may… but only if the Council wills it.

worst dunkin ive ever been to honestly. slow, rude, and unprofessional. i placed my mobile order at 6:25am, got there 10 or 15 minutes later, went inside because the drive through was crazy backed up and it said my order was ready on the screen but they didn’t even start making it. lobby had around 6 people in it and they were all waiting. workers didn’t even acknowledge any of us. i was in there for almost 20 minutes before they even said anything to me. and turns out they didn’t even have lemonade for my drink so i said forget about it and just got my sandwich. no matter how understaffed they are they’re ALWAYS slow. and never acknowledge any of us. a guy stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order and after he ordered he got his drink right away and left but it took almost 45 minutes for me to get mine from my mobile order. you guys SUCK. you either need new management or hire workers who are actually fast paced and care about your customers. shame.

Consistently one of the slowest Dunkin’s in the greater Portland area. Expect to sit at the drive through for at least 30 minutes. It doesn’t matter if it is the weekend, a Tuesday or Thursday night. Think ordering ahead is a good workaround, well think again. Just grabbing coffee - nope, expect a wait.
230 pm on a Monday and can't get one drink out in 20 minutes as 6 people wait in lobby. Unprepared. Running in circles. EDIT: Coffee was beyond terrible, left on counter and didn't wait for remake. 3 trips in a row to this location have been similar.

The service of this dunkin' donuts sucks. I had to go back in three times to get my order correct and even then they just threw it together. The meat and cheese is on the outside of the bread.... besides the fact that Dunkin donuts is always overpriced.

Went at 4:30 pm and out of cold brew. Went next morning, ordered a medium cold brew was told they had no medium cups so I said okay I'll have a large then said they don't have medium or large iced coffee cups. They said I could have it in a hot cup so I said okay, get to the window and they hand me my cold brew in a hot cup with no ice. I told the man at the window he said "uh did you just want a cup of ice" I said just forget it, as he bounced a tennis ball off the wall. Will not return to this dunkin.
