Bathroom is disgusting, you go on there are dirty sucks on the floor a cockroach next to the toilet just overall disgusting. Trying to order food there are 5 people working 1 car in the drive thru and no one able to take an order.

I ordered 2 of the $6 meal deals paid over $21 got my coffees they said the rest would be right up, sat down and waited, almost 20 minutes go by so I order a donut for each of us to tie us over, 15 more minutes go by so I ask how much longer for our 2 sandwiches and 2 6piece hashbrowns the woman was delusional and had no idea what I was talking about so I told her 1 sandwich was crescent the other plain bagel and after 15 more minutes I have the food but the hash rows are mangled and mushy and under cooked and almost half way threw eating my sandwich I noticed the egg is green 🤮

Dunkin isn’t what it used to be. There’s a constant rotation of new people which means lots of order mistakes and that’s on top of the food normally coming to you still cold or nuclear hot.

Every cup of coffee tastes like it was brewed with last night’s mop water and a dash of regret. And don’t bother ordering anything specific because they’ll just freestyle your order like it’s open mic night. Want cream and sugar? Here’s black coffee and a napkin. Craving crispy bacon? Enjoy this floppy, raw strip straight off the pig.
And the wait time? Oh, it’s legendary. Imagine the line for Superman at Six Flags, but instead of a thrill ride, you get handed a stale donut and a cold brew that tastes like hot disappointment.
America runs on Dunkin’? More like America trips, falls, and questions its life choices on Dunkin’. 1 star because I can’t give negative.
Both employees were incredibly high, and I saw one vaping weed just behind the wall on the left when you walk in. I ordered ahead and they didn’t even realize the order was there until I arrived. They got both my drink and my sandwich wrong and couldn’t understand me when I explained how the items were incorrect. I’ve worked at Dunkin’ not long ago and this is highly unacceptable—I would’ve been fired for being high on the job and vaping even more weed during my shift. I understand there’s a cannabis store right next to them, but come on.

This has to be the worst Dunkin in southern Maine, I’ll order ahead they don’t put stuff on the pick up counter thing, they’ll keep it out of your reach and you can’t see if it’s yours or not, I ask for a muffin with butter melted they hand me a muffin with butter packets on the side feels more luke warm then heated. I tore my meniscus once and I’m confident I still moved faster then everyone in there, terrible service
