We had them cater our backyard wedding and they were fantastic! Everyone raved about the food and the service. Super easy to work with and VERY reasonably priced! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We’ve been here a few times with no issues, but tonight was bad. The food was good but my g/f ordered a steak salad and got fajitas instead. We ordered a couple draft beers and got the wrong beer. We couldn’t the wrong food delivered because the server didn’t come back to check on anything. Dirty dishes left for a long time. We ordered another beer which took 20 minutes to get. The worst part of the night were 2 guys arguing at the bar for an hour at least about politics. I’m sure everyone could hear them as one of them was very very loud and obnoxious. The server said the owner or manager won’t say anything to them because “they don’t like confrontation”. She also stated one of them comes in DAILY and starts arguments with people at the bar? Unreal

I cant say enough good things about this place. The food is amazing and the staff are so great. The table behind us ordered some kind of pineapple tacos or something, and were upset that there was pineapple in it. (Why would you order pineapple if you don't want pineapple?) BUT... the server was so great! He went to the child and tried to understand exactly what he wanted and THE SERVER APOLOGIZED and offered to take it off their bill. The father said he would pay for it. But these gentleman were professional and kind. The food was fresh and delicious!

El Rodeo was absolutely fantastic! We were looking around Portland for something great, and I feel like we found it. We almost went back for a second round in our 3 day stay! I had a carne asada burrito and it was absolutely amazing! Perfect flavor, massive, and a great value for the price. Makes me want to go back just to eat here again!

Friends from church gather for lunch monthly, and this month we had lunch at El Rodeo. Great food, great prices, you get a lot, nice atmosphere, good waitstaff. Six friends had tasty Mexican food for lunch while enjoying each other's company and it was all good. I would go here again. I had vegetarian fajitas. There were six, you put them together yourself. They were very substantial for lunch. We also had guacamole with our complimentary chips and salsa and it was made fresh at our table side. Well located, easy to find, plenty of parking.

Best Mexican around! My one year old will even eat the salsa. The ranchero enchiladas is my go to. The manager is so nice and very funny. The staff is awesome, eating here is an easy choice!
