Just like I remembered it growing up. Took my kids tonight and they loved it. Super nice staff and quick service. My kids are mad I haven’t taken them here before. We will be back for sundays soon.

I ordered a kids’ meal and a Shark in the Water on my phone, and then pulled up to the drive-through window as I’ve been having issues with dizziness and they had let me do it before. Unfortunately, they had no record of my order. I still had it on my phone, and when I showed it to them, they discovered I had ordered it for the next day. They got right to work, using my phone to get the ingredients right, and were very pleasant about everything.

Every time we come to Portland, we look forward to visiting. This time was unacceptable.
Restaurant had 6 total tables with people including us, and 3 servers. We sat at our table for 15 minutes and not a single person came to our table, so we left.
Completely unacceptable. Given the other recent reviews, this has been a long time issue and management/ownership doesn't seem to care. That's a sure way to go out of business.

This Friendly’s should be ashamed of themselves. We stood at the host podium for ten minutes. The wait staff saw us. The manager saw us. The cooks saw us. Not one single person acknowledged we were there, and it wasn’t even that busy. I do my best to avoid writing negative reviews, but this was a disgraceful lack of service.

Waited 20 minutes to get a shake others were waiting we watched 3 employees just standing yacking your getting paid to do a job not stand around. Poor service. Not even busy . 3 of us walked out people dont want to wait. They should of closed this friendly s like the others long ago.
