Have always loved the food here but I got to say they oversauced my loaded garlic fries. Not the staff from when I used to work near there.. hopefully this was a one off

My husband and I enjoy this place. My only complaint is my husband ordered the lamb bowl with extra lamb and I ordered a make my own with lamb in it. We paid the extra for the lamb. Went to pickup order they were out of lamb. We picked another protein but wasn’t offered a refund for the extra we paid. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone regarding the money that should be refunded.

This is one of those place that you might pass by and miss. We were in a mall, looking for somewhere to eat before the drive back home. After walking through the food court multiple times, we settled for Jaffa and we're so glad we did. The set up is your average "Build a bowl" service with mediterranean options, which are always a safe bet for vegans. But I loved how they had a poster mounted on the walls that highlighted which menu items were compatible with common diets and allergies. Meaning I didn't have to ask the staff if they knew what was and wasn't vegan. This made placing my orders so much easier. Then there is the food itself. Best Mediterranean food I've ever had. Everything was just bursting with so much flavor. This is definitely a must visit for anyone who happens to be in the area.

Threw a dart and Door dashed an order to my hotel by the airport and was pleasantly surprised. Fresh ingredients with generous portions. I’d recommend for sure!

Almost took a star away for the baklava. Smallish portion there for $5 but a minor issue.

Don’t think you’d be disappointed here!

I would highly recommend this place. Great food and several labeled vegan options at a reasonable price. Traditional falafel pita was great. I might try their smoothies next time.

First time at this restaurant. The head chef (manager?) recommended an excellent build-your-bowl meal. The meal was incredible! Flavors I have never had before with enough for 2nd's! Very good customer service and generous helpings of delicious food!
