Great experience all around! The house pho is so flavorful and generously sized that I’m happily full of pho tonight and looking forward to having a full bowl for lunch tomorrow. The Thai dumplings are hearty and savory and my partner enjoyed his stir fry dish, as well.There was a big storm a few days ago and lots of folks are still without power, and the restaurant was hopping with takeout and dine in customers. The one-person serving crew did an outstanding job of taking care of everyone and everything and has such a lovely and welcoming presence. They are a gem, for sure. We’ll be back!

Yummy Thai food & drinks! Large portions. The crab rangoons and gentlemen’s rose drink were the best. Phoenix and Lydia were awesome servers and super kind. Power was out in the whole area so we were thankful to find a great dine in place last minute! Cool spot and very modern.

I was given a gift certificate for Pattaya and I’m so glad I was! It was a bit out of my way so it’s not likely I would have ended up there without the gift certificate. But I’ll be back!For starters, we got the spring rolls and crab rangoon. The spring rolls were so fresh delicious. The crab rangoon was phenomenal; crispy with comforting filling.For meals, my husband got red curry. It was incredibly flavorful, rich, and beautiful. I got the chicken pad thai and my daughter got the drunken noodle. Both were lovely with fresh ingredients.They have that good ice. The crunchy little ice sphere things. And free refills on sodas which I find to be a rare thing in Thai restaurants. It’s the little things that really are the cherry on top!Server was fantastic. They were very kind, welcoming, and attentive.We will absolutely be going back!

Other places don't do what Pattaya's Kitchen does.I've had Thai food all over Maine, Thai food is good for my food intolerances (dairy,gluten)I don't know how they do it, Many places cook it all together and top it with spices/seasoning without mixing it around. Not here, everything seems slow cooked and made to perfection. I'm pretty critical too. Pattaya's Kitchen continuously knocks it out of the park.Very relaxed in there, staff is super nice! Great environment!Edit: Just finished my lunch, Pad See Ew with Beef and Double Veggie.Take everything I said and multiply it by 10x. I'm totally serious. If you're weary of trying Thai food for the first time, go here.//////12/6/2023 Update:Still amazing. I worked my way up from Level 3 spicy to Level 10 spicy and they all were so so good.7, 9, 10 had different flavor experiences too, so it'll be nice to jump around.Very excited about this place! Up in Portland for temp work. Found some Very good Thai food. Had the fresh rolls that were filled with noodles and shrimp not just a bunch of lettuce "filler" like I've seen elsewhere... Chicken lemongrass was on point. Fresh, good quality ingredients. Very well done. Server was happy and made for a very enjoyable, whole, experience. Highly recommended, I Will definately return.

Recently when to this place and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was refreshing and comforting. I had the Pho, house large and highly recommend it. Prior to Yelp, I've had Pho at other places around Portland Maine and in terms of portion, price, and quality this place is definitely at the top of the list. The broth was seasoned well, if you prefer it saltier add some Hoisin sauce and for spicy add Sriracha. I ordered mine at a medium, but added extra Sriracha for a stronger kick. The Pho comes with variety meats of rare beef, meatballs, and flank which just adds extra variety to the dish. Definitely filling and for the average person you'll most likely have extra to take home. Overall I'd give the Pho a n 8.5/10. Service was also great, waitress was kind and provided all services needed!

The staffs were amazing. They were quick to get our food and ask if we needed anything else. I don’t write reviews when it comes to Thai food but I had to write something. We ordered the crispy duck, triple delight, pad Thai, and the drunken noodles and it tasted amazing. The pad Thai tasted better than when we went to Thailand and tried their noodles. If you are looking for authentic Thai food, this is the place to go. You must go here! I will be back again!
