Both the food and service qualities have plummeted off a cliff. Many of the staff do not speak English, leaving those that do overworked and short tempered. The restaurant isn't sparkling clean, sure, but the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I'd complain about the price increase too, but nothing is immune to inflation.

I went to IHOP yesterday for the first time I ordered French toast I got one piece of French toast it was so cold and two little sausages the waitress there her name was Danielle really rude and we still left a $10 tip we will never eat there again

Went to place a Togo order and the doors were locked 15 minutes early. The parking lot was empty seeming to have been closed for a while. I know it was almost closing but I just got off work and wanted some pancakes. Sad and hungry.

Our server didn't bring me a water until I was done with my meal and was so rude not sure why 🙃 I brought my mom home breakfast for her birthday and her omelet was so small i felt so bad. I took a picture incase anyone actually responded.

Well I have had great experiences there as a customer. But as a delivery driver wow first they make you come in the servants entrance. Then stand in one spot with no seat to sit in for who knows how long. Then after almost an hr of standing in one place with noone speaking to me or giving me an update on my order. I'm called rude for speaking up and asking someone where my order was. Wow I'm disabled if the wait was going to be longer than 10 minutes they could at least offer you a chair. Wow thr owner should apologize to all delivery drivers who have been treated so rudely as I was.
