Best wings I've had in a very long time. I had boneless, my son, bone in. We both said they were the best wings ever!

Order was stolen then not replaced until after canceled and reordered. Didn’t receive it until hours later with no acknowledgment or recompense provided. Food was also shoddily made and lazy.

I’d leave no stars if I could. My coworkers had hyped this place up for weeks and when I was finally able to try it with some friends after spreading the hype this is what I get. These pictures are right out of the box. I honestly feel like I ripped off with how little fries I got (if you can call them that, more like scraps) Not to mention everything was cold and had to be microwaved when I got home 5 minutes away.

I just ordered from It's just wings. com and got ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR on the wings. I got 2 Garlic Parm and 1 Mango Habanero. If you order make sure you get extra side sauces of the flavor you wanted on your wings because they do not put it on the wings at all. What a waist of money. Very disappointed.

Don't give false instructions! Very frustrating to wait in the car with a hungry cranky kid just to find out your order is ready and has been waiting on a shelf inside! Needless to say it was cold! And not a fan of how it was hidden that this was a Chili's location until you get pickup instructions. Will not be going back!

Holy moly what is going on with this place? Just got good from here and it was ice cold and dry as all hell. I ordered a pizza hut an hour before and it's been sitting in my kitchen for half an hour and it's still warmer then this food. What a rip off.

Was delivering for DoorDash to this location, which I had never been to before. There was no signage outside for Its Just Wings or on the building anywhere. The only thing I saw was a small sticker on the sign I parked in front of for pickup. I received a text saying the order was ready and on the app it said someone will be out with your order and asked for the parking spot that I was in. Since it had been a while, I got a notification to call the store. I called and told them what the app had told me to do and she rudely responded “yup you have to come inside the order is right here sitting on the shelf.” When I walked inside, the signage in the establishment was awful and could not find the to go area. I did not eat the food but the amount of time it took me to get the order, I’m sure the order was cold for the customer. I do not recommend this location.

I’m not from the area so when I ordered from “it just wings” I thought it was a local wing place, not chilies. when I got there I got a texted saying the food was ready and would be right out. I waited 15 minutes so I went inside and my food was sitting on a to-go rack. The fries got thrown out, over cooked and tasted like frost bite. And the wings were nothing to write home about. I got hot wings sauce all over my mouth so I look in the bag for some napkins, not only were there no napkins, the side of the bag advertises NO NAPKINS! Who sells wings to-go with nothing to wipe your mouth with? Place is trash
I have one word. Sloppy. That applies to the food, the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Not sure I will return to this particular Chili's location.

It's literally just chili's. Don't waste your time or money. Barely any sauce on the wings and everything was subpar at best. You can just buy frozen curly fries and make them at home.

Wings are big and Buffalo sauce is good. That's all this place has going for them. Suppose to be 8 wings per pack. Only got 7 in each. Lemon pepper seasoning is a joke... wings are so dried out that the small amount of seasoning doesn't even begin to stick (try adding butter!!). The smallest handful of fries that are mixed in with the wings are a soggy mess! Separating them out with some tin foil would go a long way. Packaging is terrible... they leaked out all thru the paper bag which wasn't even sealed when picked up and delivered by door dash. I love wings... would eat them everyday... but this place some how managed to completely mess it up! Yeh def won't be back.
