This is a great spot for coffee while you browse the books. Service wasn't great (slow, not very polite, not fast), but this seems to be due to being short-staffed.

I got a cup of coffee so that I could drink it while I walked around. Looking at books. I will say that the guy behind the counter smoked his breakfast. He didn't seem to know what was going on and it was taking a really long time for him to help the person in front of me. Not like 2 minutes but well over five to get a cup of coffee and a muffin I thought was a little extended. He kept coming back and asking her what she ordered. I suppose in the end we both got what we ordered eventually.

Best place by far for a variety of drinks! And the atmosphere is always pleasant and the workers are kind!
Dietary restrictions: They have non dairy options for their milks.

Ordered a oat meal and raisin cookie and it was so hard and dry. I couldn't even eat it so I ended up throwing it in the trash what waste!
I ordered 2 coffees, there was only one other person in line. I paid cash. Then 22 min later I still had no coffee and when I asked for a refund the girl told me it was not possible, she finally made my coffee, then rolled her eyes at me as I took the coffee off the counter. The drinks were terrible and I ended up tossing them. Worst experience ever, ill never get coffee thete again.
Nice coffee with best ambience
The barista was fantastic. I've never seen someone make a cappuccino so carefully, and the taste reflected that. It's a quiet, comfortable bookstore Cafe. Worth going to even if you aren't book shopping
You couldn't ask for a better book store cafe. Plus the guy who works their is friendly and personable.
Fantastic coffee, fantastic Staff, love the environment! Just wish there were more outlets for people in school trying to study.
A great place to come and have some quite time to read, work, or just relax. They are attached to a large Books A Million and have plenty of options for cold or hot drinks as well as some beer or wine if you so desire.

Excellent customer service great tasting hot chocolate
Insufficiently staffed by busy employees who are working the floor and doing the coffee counter.
The staff is very nice. Great soft armchairs and a couch for reading.
Beautiful barista and delicious coffee!
While shopping at BAM (Books a Million -- kind of a strange name, isn't it?), I got just a regular coffee, nothing fancy, and sat at one of the tables. It was okay, not much atmosphere, just a little coffee cafe in a large bookstore.
