Mobbed on the holiday weekend. We were there just there because we arrived too early to our hotel by motorcycle and wanted to stretch our legs and get out of the sun but the burgers were pretty good especially considering the overflowing crowd in the food court.
Parking: There is plenty of parking all around the mall with multiple entances, but the tourist traffic gets a little chaotic on the holidays.

The prices here are STUPID high. If I’d never had it before I wouldn’t get it. If the prices were just a dollar higher on ANYTHING I’d find somewhere else.

Just went to johhny rocket in the mall ordered a grilled cheese and burger and 2 waters guy tells me $36 and change i said explain it to me and he wouldnt so i said take the waters off total drops to $24 and change maybe watch your employees better i will never go there again just lost a life time customer $12 for 2 bottles waters

I was originally coming in for Panda Express because this didn’t come up on the Google map but the line for panda was really long and I was excited to try a burger from johnnys. I was not disappointed! Good burger and good fries .. although I wasn’t able to eat fries! lol. Very generous portions!
This is a food court Johnny Rockets in South Portland. The shakes here are high quality and the food is a really well done, on top of the staff is very nice. Again it was a very good burger. This is more like an 80s burger joint family style. the food was excellent. However....I shake, 1 fry, 1 burger, 1 soda. $31.00 before tip.

I ordered a chicken tender meal and when I received them half of them were freezing cold and uncooked never eat here unless you want food poisoning

Jonny rockets always had good burgers! Big and juicy with crispy fries. The shakes are always flavorful as well. The service is ok, hard to hear because the mall is so busy, but they're nice so no complaints. Overall not a bad place for a burger. Been here a few times while visiting the mall, I'm sure I'll go back. You just can't beat a juicy burger!
Taste varies because delivery apps deliver the food cold often but not Johnny Rockets fault. I get the grilled cheese sometimes with added onion rimgs in it and tomatoes. I get fries. Pictures are multiple visits. Grilled cheese is good as long as they don't burn it. Fries are hit or miss on quality. Not loaded with salt thankfully. Chocolate cookies are gooey and worth the price. I wish the store stayed open later. The onion rings are pretty good. Crispy.
Flat burnt burger the bun was literally falling apart big wet lettuce what was that and I paid $19 for burger and fries they don’t have combos everything sold separately… never

You guys are lucky to have Thomas as an employee. During my visit today I ate at the bar, and I watched him go the extra mile for every man woman and child. From special needs costumers to young children he aided and smiled the whole time. .If I owned a business or restaurant I’d snatch him up in a heart beat to be the face of my company. Pay him more & show him some appreciation!! He definitely deserves it !!

There is a wonderful black gentleman that took our order and he is so sweet. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed giving my order to someone but he is awesome. Doesn’t stand still the whole time we were here he was always doing something whether it was sweeping or wiping down counters with a positive attitude. We don’t have a Johnny rockets in WV where we’re from our closest one is in Baltimore, MD. Really enjoyed being in his company.
