LongHorn Steakhouse

After being seated, our party waited for over 20 minutes without a single server approaching our table. We watched as multiple staff members attended to tables all around us, yet we were completely overlooked. Having been made to feel invisible, we ultimately decided to leave. A deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.

Had a fabulous time with my friend. Food was hot and delicious and received in a timely manner. Waitress was informative and friendly, quick, funny, and kept the drinks full while balancing many tables as the place was booming for lunch. Kudos to the kitchen too for making our food the way it was ordered and they also kept up with the pace. Means there was great teamwork amongst the staff and I will definitely be going back. Thank you to all.

Ordered the new york strip on a night out with friends and it was very well cooked. I wasn't expecting a perfectly cooked steak at Longhorn. Shame on me for being judgmental! The service was also excellent.

Vacationing here from Texas and Montana took excellent care of us! Great waitress. Food was plenty! The wild west shrimp was a little spicy for me but my husband loved it and our steak was perfectly done. Shrimp and lobster chowder was good as well! Thank you Montana!

First visit, and definitely the last. Terrible food, awful service, and a depressing atmosphere. I have no idea how this place is still open. Just stay home and make a sandwich.

We had such excellent service here, from ice water with lemon being brought out while we waited for our drinks, to our salads coming out immediately after ordering, to our super attentive waitress! They’ve done an excellent job training their employees and management is obviously doing a wonderful job. On top of all of that the food was cooked perfectly!

I had an amazing experience at Longhorn thanks to our wonderful waitress, Nicole! She was warm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. She made sure everything was exactly how we ordered it and even double-checked to ensure nothing was missed. Nicole stayed on top of everything without us having to ask — it was clear she really cared about making our experience great. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made all the difference. Lewis was a great waiter and most of the food was good really good steak tips though are a little off... Prices were good excellent experience overall I would go back again
