Good location, atmosphere is that of a vintage diner, which I enjoy reminds me of my childhood. My wife and I got breakfast bagels. I had a BLT on a toasted everything bagel and tried a blueberry muffin. My wife had a bagel with cream cheese and a toasted muffin. My sandwich was good, nothing to write home about, nothing to drive out of your way for. Just whatever, the muffins were good muffins. Cream cheese was very good better than the bagel, to be honest. The price was high, but where isn't in the Biden economy.

An excellent spot for a quick breakfast sandwich. The staff was friendly and knocked the Lox bagel out of the park. Highly recommend.

I waited 35 minutes for a sausage egg cheese bagel sandwich and a cold tuna sandwich. I watched at least 8 to go orders being fulfilled even though the website said it wasn’t taking online orders. Additionally, the two people behind me in line were served their total of 4 bagel sandwiches before me. All the while, the 3 employees chit chatted with zero sense of urgency and as though there were only a few people waiting. After a 25min wait and the others behind me had been served I asked about my order and they started to make it. I get that it’s a busy morning and expected a decent wait time but those making the sandwiches were completely oblivious to what was going on around them. Terrible customer service. (The person behind the register was amazing.)

I love the mister bagel location in Westbrook but was over here doing some shopping and stopped in to this one. I was disappointed. Everything is microwaved, they don't have a grill, and everything was cold when I got my food. The wait time was so long. We got iced coffee and the cups are in a cooler that doesn't look clean. The whole experience just wasn't what I get at the Westbrook location. I will not be back.

Had a terrible experience here with a rude manager, slow and rude service, and extremely deceptive practices. Store was dated and dirty as well. It's too bad because other Mister Bagels are great. This was my first time at this specific one and I'm surprised they are still allowed to operate under that name. I'll keep to the Falmouth one.

The coup de grace was when the manager (an older lady with blonde hair) asked me if the foreign object that ended up in my garlic cream cheese was the garlic itself. Lady, it's my regular order. I know what garlic and scallions look like. Don't blame your customers for actions of your staff.I knew the guy who started the franchise, Rick, and he would be appalled at the way this location is being run now.Avoid. The location on Congress St Portland will be my go to from now on.EDIT TO RESPOND TO BUSINESS' RESPONSE:YOU may leave your politics out of business (or so you say), but it's fairly obvious to me that your employees do not. I DID return the bagel with the offending object to the counter, but at the time that I did your employee was too busy whispering in her co-worker's ear about the slogan on my hat while peering furtively at me to ask what the issue was. So I chucked it in your trash. And it wasn't until I came back to throw the other half away that I got any inquiry about what the issue was.You did make me another bagel with the same cream cheese. Thank you for that. But asking me if it was the scallions in the cream cheese was out of line. As I said, it's my regular order. I know what scallions look like. I grow them myself. I guess you failed reading comprehension in school.What's also apparent to me after perusing your reviews is that I'm not the only one who's had issues with your staff. Perhaps you should considering hiring staff other than college students/indoctrinated SJWs.Furthermore, if my pejoratives offended you so deeply, may I suggest that you slink off to your safe space and have a good cry about it?Unbelievable. I reiterate: AVOID.
It's ok for Maine. It's not like a real bagel or deli shop like NYC area. Don't like how their self card payment machine asks you for a tip on the spot, If I see that in business I don't come back. If I want to tip I will but don't ask beforehand.

Locks/Cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel from here is what I had and I still ( 1 month after) remember how delicious it was. It is a local spot but if you are in the area, please do try. Pretty equal to the NY bagels x also very friendly staff. Plenty of seating spaces.

We stopped here in April before a flight out. I was so excited that there were gluten free bagels.I got the lox on the gluten free super (their version of an everything bagel). I wish there had been a non-pork meat option but it's not unusual for there not to be. The flavor overall was good but the lox was tough. I'm not sure what happened there.I also got a coffee. I wish I had opted for something else to drink, but it was going to be a long day of travel and I needed the caffeine boost. But they're called Mister Bagel, not Mister Coffee so they did deliver on what I went there for.

Love this Location not only cuz it's 2 doors down from my store! The kids that work there are all Great there was a time when I feel there was a bad egg but I think they got it all figured out and the crew during the week are always on point with my order! They make it just the way I like every time! And I'm so happy that they brought back the yogurt cups!
