Unfortunately, omis isn't what it use to be. I've been a customer since they were in Portland. They had the most amazing breakfast sandwiches ever. This past year, however, their food items have changed so drastically. No more homemade veggie sausage (which made the sandwich) or English muffins. I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt, supply issues, inflation, but they haven't returned to quality. Their sandwiches aren't even anything as advertised (scrambled eggs bow, not fried). This was the 3rd and last time I will have their product. I cannot be the only one noticing these changes.I sure hope omis returns to its former glory someday soon.Otherwise, you need to completely update your website and menu. Hannaford made products are not "house made."

I’ve been here a couple times recently and very happy on both occasions.Omi does a great pour over, and it doesn’t seem to be based on who’s working. They have a process that works and ensures a perfect cup each time. Apparently this is a challenge at many places and you never know what you’ll get, but Omi has it figured out.The breakfast sandwiches are very good, too. Had the BAE on an English muffin and it was excellent. Crispy bacon, plenty of avocado and perfectly cooked eggs. I’ll also add the sandwich was put together tightly so it wasn’t a hazard to eat, namely you can bite into it and it doesn’t launch out the back of the sandwich.Last but not least the space is clean, roomy and tastefully decorated - be sure to check out the artifacts hanging on the walls that were recovered during the remodel, which are very well done and interesting to read through.

40mins to slap this bad boi & a chai tea latte together. confused why my sandwich is cold when I had to wait an extra 5 mins for the drink… paying Starbucks prices, waiting restaurant times, and questioning whether you got the right size drink. use to love omi’s, not sure what’s happening.edit: the honey sriracha was substituted for avocado(?)

Super cute place! Really awesome breakfast sandwiches and their hot drink beverage selection is really nice! What they do make they do very well.

Hubs enjoyed the Italian dark roast coffee. I got a maple latte and it was just okay. I did really enjoy my gluten free egg/bacon/pesto breakfast sandwich, but it was overpriced in my opinion. Glad to see they had some gf options! The cafe is in a old house and has a cool atmosphere.

Great coffee, great sandwiches, great atmosphere. Beware: aspiring Instagram influencers will take pictures around the restaurant while you wait for your order.

Preorder from half hour earlier wasn't started until we were there and finally ready 30mins after our quoted time (it wasn't that busy). Order was incorrect after all that. Always so slow, don't understand why this place can't figure it out but not sure I'll be going back at this point.

Honestly really liked going here up until my last visit. I was the only one waiting for my food and could clearly hear the kitchen talking… taking about spitting in coffees, making the orders purposely wrong among other things. Also not sure if recipes changed but the biscuits are a quarter of the size they used to be. Very disappointed and sad. Will not be returning

Simply delicious. The BAE sandwich on their homemade cheddar bun... oof. Too good. Plus, the Beekeeper Latte was a new experience, not too sweet and not too bitter.

Cool place, good food and coffee. Menu has variety of options for both food and drinks.

$40 for two sandwiches. We ordered from the website 30 minute wait was 1hr they never called to tell us its was ready we new it was crowded andThe food was kept under a warmer but was to expensive. Check out hifi donuts on Portland.. Chirizo sandwich half the price or joes coffee Scarborough call ahead the sandwich on a home made biscuit is huge at half the price

Unfortunately gone down hill like everything with covid. I’ve been going to omi since you opened and it was top notch now it’s mediocre. If you order a 16oz coffee you expect to get that- NOT a size smaller and in that case you should of it posted that you do not have the size a customer is ordering.. I miss the quality of when you first opened

Omi's has been one of my go to coffee shops for a while now. It's a very popular place with most people ordering ahead online. Make sure you order ahead so you don't have to wait at the window. The Bee Keeper latte and their Mocha are both out of this world. They also go great with a Rise and Grind or Basic Beach Breakfast sandwich.

Shop says it’s open til 12pm yet there’s not one around to speak with and your website isn’t accepting orders. This is now the 2nd time I’ve tried to visit this shop with the same exact thing happening. Wouldn’t recommend as it’s not clear on their actual business hours and there’s never really anyone actually around the pick up window to speak with..
