Fried rice is too wet and bland. Orange chicken is alright. Teriyaki chicken and mango lychee tea are amazing.

They had some good panda express. They are also fast the costumers are not but that's a mall for you. Staff really friendly as well

If I could give them a zero I would, customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I’m sure is due to being the only Panda Express in Maine. The quality of the food was terrible. I’m from the west coast where Panda Express is all over the place so my expectations are high for them, but I guess if this is all you know then it’s no big deal. I strongly suggest that the owner trains their employees on customer service!!!

Ordered Kung Pow chicken and fire chicken. Only a couple pieces of Chicken. Mostly vegetables. I feel that you don't provide regular portions since its a Turnpike service area.

Every time I order the orange chicken it always seems to tend to be spicy. I don’t know if that’s just me or what.

I have severe anxiety and agoraphobia and have been working on going out more. So far it’s been good, but the young lady working the check out scoffed at me and whispered under her breath about me. It left me feeling upset at the lack of respect and basic etiquette of the workers.

Love panda express, not so much this location. Rachel is not very nice in my experience. The person running the register needs more training. I tried to use my rewards points for my purchase and she didnt know how. Still wanted me to pay $ . I have 20,000 rewards points and there should be no cash due. Someone helped her and still couldn't figure it out correctly claiming there was no button for each plate. She eventually figured it out by separating the order and told me next time to do separate transactions. I showed her on the app what it should be. Not a fan of this location. Staff could be better trained on register and friendliness.

This place is always busy but they all work so hard and efficiently. I've never had a bad experience with their food. I really wish there was a Panda Express outside of the mall though. The food court can be loud and chaotic. Love their food though and consistency! Way better than fast food.
Vegetarian options: They have a new impossible meat option now though I haven't tried it. It was on the menu as a premium entree which costs a little more. There's also a super greens option now billed as a regular entree and is a veggie mix.

We bought 4 bigger plates. None of them were right, they offered us stuff we didn't want because they were too close to closing to make more food. Wouldn't refund us. Won't be back.
