I went there yesterday with my friend and ordered food. The staff was very rude and asked for tipping like robbery after I paid the money wasn’t enough for them. I didn’t know how much does it cost yet so she felt like we were not paying tip and pointing receipt and said at least I have to pay 15%. I paid more than 15% but she couldn’t wait.
Pom Thai always has the freshest, most tasty food, every time we go. We absolutely love this place...

The waitstaff were very attentive and present. The food was very good. The seating would be okay for someone with mobility issues, and I have already gone back a few times.

Because food is amazing and for the first 30 years of my life I didn't know all the ways. I had the national dish of Thailand today. You want to talk about something that's magical. I had no idea this even existed but today was a gamble, I ordered completely blindly my basic requirement was seafood since we are back in Maine and the owner got my order and completely substituted when the dish came out. She said "I put a different sauce on it from what you ordered, I think you will like this one." I'm not going to lie, it looked spicy and I was scared at what I agreed to but it was so perfect. I could have licked the plate. The mushrooms were so hot I cried but soooo good and flavorful. She gave me the sauce I ordered too and it was also good but she knew her food. We totally agreed that we have to go back again on our way home lol.
Dish was called: Thai Taste Fish- a spicy chili garlic sauce with basil leaves over a lightly battered haddock.
We also had Satay, spring rolls, beef fried rice, Tom Kai soup, the create your own soup and Thai teas.
Some people just have the power and magic of creating food like this and the lady that runs this restaurant is one of those people. Is there even a word for being star struck by foods? ? it was so delicious we planned our entire trip back around eating here before going home. Even better the second time. Too busy stuffing our faces to even think of taking photos. If you like Thai, better put this place to the top of your list!

I ordered takeout from Pom's Thai last night. My wife is on a special diet and got the chicken katsu, which is described as coming with "vegetable lomein" and having "sauce on the side." We also selected "no spicy" when ordering. We asked for it without lomein, as she just wanted the plain chicken katsu. However, when we opened the dish, it was filled with vegetables and had plenty of sauce.
I suppose "vegetable lomein" means vegetables AND lomein to them, and they left out the lomein, leaving the vegetables, rather than leaving out all of it. Ugh. Normally, I would overlook a mistake due to a language barrier, but I don't know, when it comes in a pool of liquid, THAT'S A SAUCE. Don't say that the sauce is on the side, if there's ALSO A SAUCE in the dish. And if a customer orders something "no spicy," then maybe DON'T PUT A BUNCH OF PEPPERS IN IT.
The result is that my wife was not able to eat the dish. I called to complain, but they insisted that the sauce was on the side. Pepper liquid doesn't count!

I love this place. There is a wide selection of Asian food. They don’t use MSG. Thai dishes here are fresh and authentic. They make everything from scratch with fresh ingredients. They also willingly to accommodate your special requests if you’re allergic to certain things or you’re vegetarian or vegan. It’s kid friendly place too. I’ll definitely come back again and try different Thai dishes! Great service !

The restaurant was clean, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The appetizers were brought out promptly followed by the entree.
And, the dirty dishes were cleared from our table quickly. It was a great experience. I'll be going again.

I get that inflation is hitting all of us but pad thai being $20? It’s basically noodles with shreds of protein mixed into it! This used to be my go-to spot?. I wish your business well but I hope you keep your customers in mind that’s all.
My fiance and I eat here pretty regularly! The staff is always so nice!! We order take out here at least once a week and everything here is a 10/10. Their crispy pad Thai is to die for. They even make the noodles extra crispy for me! They’re so accommodating!! Also being Vietnamese and a millennial causes me to be a little lazy when I get sick so their wonton soup is a cure! Tastes like my mom’s!

Visiting from Florida, we stopped here not knowing anything about it. The noodles "kuay-teow" we had was out of this world. Both broths were amazing. We highly recommend the dish we had.

Not a kid friendly place if you have children with autism or disabled kids they’ll rudely ask what’s wrong with your kid consistently until you feel uncomfortable and want to leave
