Due to not recognizing that our iPads were still on Atlantic time, we ended up going to Popeye’s as soon as they opened at 10:30am. Just ordered 5 spicy tenders and a biscuit in the drive thru and, of course, the tenders were delicious because they were right out of the fryer. Biscuit was good too. Service was quick and efficient. We all enjoyed our snack.

I gave this a 3 star only because the food was delicious. Service was poor, the guy at the register was friendly but slow. Manager was rude. When we first walked in, a lady was complaining how she was waiting for her online order for over an hour. While we were ordering a man said he didn't recieve his mashed potatoes. We ordered a 12 piece wing, only got 11 wings. They didn't give us my side of cole slaw. 2 meals were supposed to have a breast, thigh, and leg but instead of legs we recieved wings. Our fries didn't come out with our food so we had to wait 15 minutes for fries by that time the rest of us were finishing up our food while my boyfriend was waiting up front for his fries. Very disappointing.

My brother and I got a drive-through order and ordered several different chicken tender meals. We paid, got our food and parked for a moment to check our order. We then noticed we had only gotten about half of our order. So, we went back in to correct this. We gave them our reciepts and showed them what food we had gotten so they knew what was missing. We were handed a bag with food and told that the missing food had been replaced. We then leave get on the interstate to go home. Come to find out we had only been given our chicken tenders and not the sides that came with the meals. So, we were still missing A LOT of food. At that point my brother and I just went home because we did not want to go back and deal with the staff again.

This fast food reminds me of my childhood when we would get Popeyes. I do not have one in my area and always look forward to visiting when I find one. The Staff was very courteous and helpful. My food was hot and fresh. The restaurant and restroom was very clean. Thank you for your friendly service! I can't wait to get more spicy chicken.

My husband went in and ordered a family meal and the cashier argued with him and told him he couldn't have his biscuits and also gave him small sides when a family meal comes with 3 large sides and biscuits!!this place has horrible customer service and they charged us more and gave us no

A bit pricey for “fast food” and honestly, could be better! Service is sub-par at Best! Chicken tenders & Chicken Sandwich $20 and I was charged $.75 for each sauce I requested which I assumed should have been included with my tenders. The Strawberry Biscuit dessert they offer is Terrible! However, the Cajun Fries when cooked properly, are Delicious! I have had the unfortunate experience of them being WAY overcooked and burnt but I returned them and was offered a freshly cooked batch.Parking: Annoying drive thru that customers must cross in order to enter the restaurant!
