I ordered teriyaki chicken with white rice and it was cooked perfectly. Chicken was very tender and still warm when delivered. Rice was cooked well, not mushy and not dry. They gave me a good portion with a decent amount of stir fried veggies. The seasoning and sauce wouldn't blow you away but it is still pretty darn good!

Ordered and got exactly what we wanted. Only issue was the containers leaked in the bag covering everything in teriyaki sauce. Wiped it up and all was good.

Quick, good selection and tasty Japanese lunch selections! The amount and price was pretty good too for a mall food court choice as well. My daughter was only able to eat about half of her chicken and shrimp with vegetables because the portions were very generous!

Food is OK. The reason for 1 star is that I've ordered three separate times and each time, I get dumplings and ask for the sauce to go with and I never get it. I also ask for extra teriyaki sauce and I never get it. This will probably be the last time I order with them.

They seem to have no pride in their work. They just throw food items in these plastic container with no system at all. Eating is also a visual experience. I am not sure who gives five stars. I ordered beef teriyaki and it was just disgusting.

My wife and I always go to Sarku Japan when we go to the Maine Mall. We both the double chicken teriyaki, she gets it with fried rice and I get it with noodles (when they have them) but it never disappoints. The portion size are enough to fill you and then have leftover of

Always a great meal at Sarku! Lines go quick. I do wish on their delivery thru door dash that they offered extra sauce as an option they only offer no sauce. 12.50 for a meal with extra chicken that could last me 4 meals.

Is good, terriyaki chicken good
Parking: It's at the south Portland mall so definitely a lot of parking and plenty of stores to shop.
Wheelchair accessibility: Is in the food court in the mall so i guess enough said... lol
