I was recommended to come here by a friend last year and when I tell you I’ve been thinking about it since I came back to visit… I really have. I’m a native New Yorker (so our bagels are famous) but they don’t compare! Probably the best bagels I’ve ever had, the staff is super friendly also. Get here early because they are always busy and rightfully so!
Probably my favorite bagel available in the state. And the fresh breads pastries and other snacks make this place a wonderful option any given day. The staff are always so nice, helpful, and patient even tho there’s always a line of customers out the door excited to experience Scratch Bakery.
I was introduced to this local neighborhood bakery by my brother in law about 6 years ago. He is a local and we live in upstate NY. Whenever we are in town I make it a point to stop here for bagels. These are some of the best bagels I have ever had. 7/19/18 Update:Back in town, back for the bagels. Yum. 7/28/22 Update: back for the bagels and they're great. Like the new shop layout.
