The cutest coffee shop on our way to the museum. We stopped for some pastries and coffee, they made excellent iced drinks. Enjoyed my London fog iced latte. We did not have much time but this place is somewhere you can totally enjoy a coffee & snack while doing a cool dog jigsaw puzzle. The staff were friendly and there was ample seating.
Best oat latte in the area! Great spot with comfy seating to hang with friends.
Friendly and quirky vibe, variety of seating options. Kids tables and activities. Tasty coffee and breakfast
Such a cute place. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. I love that you can make it gay for your drinks.
the best egg & cheese & mocha iced coffee- you will not regret coming here
The special is ahhhhhmazing!! great coffee and very nice staff. we have stopped by here going on 3 days in a row while we stayed in the area.
Excellent coffee and “the special” breakfast is a must!
Visiting from Florida, didn't want a chain coffee place to meet some friends. What a cool place a neighborhood coffee place! Great job guys!
Very cute cafe with a warm and playful atmosphere! The food is delicious, and the space is cozy.
This place is such a gem- friendly and welcoming staff, cozy atmosphere and a great place to hang out with friends or on your own.
I love that it feels super queer friendly and has delicious gluten free options. I highly recommend the egg sandwich on gluten free bread and the desserts from Zuzu 🤤
I only wish I lived closer so that I could make this my regular hangout spot!

Coffee shops always win major brownie points from me when their food menu is just as built out as their drink offerings. I am a breakfast sammy girl through and through, so that’s what drew me in. I ordered their Egg & Cheese sandwich with avocado & pork sausage, which after tip came out to $10. Every bite was delishhhhh, fresh & hot. The english muffin was really the star of the show for me!
I ordered to-go and received my food within 10 minutes, enough time to really take in the interiors. It’s definitely a sit & stay atmosphere that displays local art & promotes neighborhood events. I could see myself coming back with a book or work and posting up in a comfy chair for a couple of hours. I also appreciated how breathable the space was, it wasn’t packed to the brim like some other coffee shops in the heart of Portland.
I do think there is an opportunity for more hospitality touches here. In my short visit, I didn’t feel overly invited into the space. When I got to the POS, I felt like things were all business, not much room for niceties or conversation despite the lack of a line behind me. However, this is not something that will deter a second visit (or rodeo, you could say 🤠), since the business itself did exude a pleasant, welcoming vibe in other ways (loved the pride flag outside). Overall, an awesome place to check out in the Ferry Village neighborhood!
Cozy little coffee shop in Ferry Village with great roasts and well-executed fare. Their golden milk was beautiful with an excellent balance of spices without being too zingy, perfect for a blustery January day. There's maybe half-a-dozen countertop spaces where you could set up with a computer to work, and tons of comfy chairs and benches for hanging out with groups of friends. A true (and all-too-rare) third place, so excited to have them in the neighborhood! Street parking only, but you shouldn't have trouble finding a spot within a block or so.
Not much seating but friendly staff cozy seating indoors but limited, 2 picnic tables on asphalt outside.
Cute space with lots of indoor seating and a couple of picnic tables out back. There’s also a little basketball park across the street with picnic benches which is where we enjoyed our breakfast from here. I had the avo toast and my partner had the breakfast sammie; both were made fresh, tasted pretty basic, but were cheap. Coffee was ok. Service was meh.
I love 2nd Rodeo! What a fantastic addition to our neighborhood. Their coffee is great and the egg sandwiches are delicious. A great place to hang out with friends, do a little work, or grab things to go.
