If I could give zero stars for this subway I would. They are always out of everything and the guy behind the counter always seems mad. It's never a pleasant experience. Will definitely drive to the subway on the other side of town from now on.

Never can depend on the store hours. Workers show up when they want apparently with no repercussions.No ice (machine broke)No sandwich toasting (also broke)2/3’s of the soda’s are out. (Don’t think they’re broke, just not tended to).That was on a Saturday.Went back in on Sunday and guess what… no one bothered to show up. Old bread left in the proofer!!Can’t imagine what else.Won’t buy at this one again!!

Kid behind the counter was very friendly but slightly awkward. Did a great job on our sandwiches, will return again.
The woman who stated she was both the owner and the manager, refused to give me my sandwich. I had asked for one dollar's worth of bacon added.Because it was an 11" sub, she put on twice as much bacon as I'd asked for and tried to charge me the extra money. When I tried to explain I only wanted the smaller amount, she took the sandwich back and refused to further assist me. I was dismissed. This owner/manager is very unprofessional.

The young lady who waited on me was very pleasant and even stated that she liked doing what she does. It was such a pleasant experience. The store is in a gas station but their staff was equally pleasant and helpful.
