I was late ordering the new wrap. A young man made it perfectly and I enjoyed it very much. He was very polite and place was real clean. I had tried the same one in Bidd. And he didn't make it the way it was in Portland.

Found this wad of hair in my Tuna Sandwich after returning to my hotel room. Never going there again. Service was friendly though.

Arrived with a coupon which arrived every month in the mail for a 12” sandwich for $6.99. Ordered a classic BMT, and when I checked out the price indicated about $9.75. When I inquired why so much I was told the salami and pepperoni was extra and that the BMT apparently only comes with ham now ???? I told them to keep the sandwich.

Always dirty staff are great but not all of them and they don’t know how to handle there labor on staff

Went on October 5th 2023. The counter where sandwiches are prepared on was filthy with pieces of food everywhere on it. The cucumbers were frozen and discolored. I wanted to turn & run, but was so tired and hungry, I ordered a sandwich. When I got home with it, I lost my appetite after what I saw. Been going to this location a long time. I don't know what happened that day. But I won't return to that location.

I don't know what's going on at this Subway location but do not order online unless you want your sandwiches to be made totally wrong. I've placed a dozen online orders here over the past three months, and every one of them was messed up. In five of the orders, they forgot to put cheese on the sandwiches. In two of the orders, they forgot to put meat on the sandwiches. In three of the orders, they loaded the sandwiches with lettuce even though I asked for no lettuce. In two of the orders, they dumped tons of mayonnaise on the sandwiches even though I asked for no mayo. In one of the orders they piled tons of onion on the sandwich even though I asked for no onions. In one of the orders they put chicken on a cheesesteak sandwich instead of beef. The only way to get a correct order at this location is to order in-person and watch the sandwich artist like a hawk to make sure they put the correct items on the sandwich. I shouldn't have to do that. These are grown adults who presumably know how to read. If the order says no onions, don't put half a pound of sliced onions on the sandwich. If the order says cheesesteak, don't make it with chicken. If the order says extra cheese, don't make a cheeseless sandwich. This isn't complicated.

Love this location, Taylor is a great manager and the whole team is friendly. Sandwich Platters for football, friends and family parties are great and consistent.
